A feral black cat that has lived outside my business for 2 years just decided to walk into my business one day . I didn't do anything just let him smell around and kept working. After a few minutes he walked out again. The next day he walked in and did the same thing as I worked. I didn't see him leave and kept working not thinking about it. I went to go home and just looked around before I left and spotted him on a shelf sound asleep. I closed the door and he lifted his head to see and then decided to go back to sleep. So I went out and got cat supplies and came back he came and greeted me at the door and didn't run away . I put food water and litterbox down and went home. He's been with me 1 1/2 years now. Out of all the people he could have picked he picked me to be his caretaker. What also amazes me is he has never clawed me hissed at me or damaged anything at my business . Ever . His name is Axl and he is my best friend
Beautiful. Always serve wet with dry food, because dry food is not good for them. Avoid altogether is best. Cats kidneys have fewer nephrons which makes them more vulnerable to dehydration and kidney disease. My cat had to be put to sleep due to kidney deterioration so I'm keen to help others avoid this.

We got a kitten last summer & we put out her dry & wet food, but she only likes the dry food. If we take away the dry food she'll eventually eat the wet food, but she's not happy about it.
Any suggestions?
I've had a few cats in my life & all of them only liked wet food I stopped buying dry food.
I had the nicest light color tiger cat come to my apartment window. She had 2 paws on each foot. She was pregnant which I didn't know at the time. She woke me up when she was in labor. She had 3 kittens & one had 2 feet on each paw. The kittens all got good homes.
I really miss her, she was an excellent cat & friend❤️

1st stray was a male black cat jumping in my lap as I was falling asleep in my chair outside. Now a variety of colored strays 8 males and 2 females.
My mam has always had cats coming and going to her house, I wish they would come to my house. me and my hubby would love another cat, and have tried to get a rescue one but when we've applied they never got back in touch which is strange cos how many cats need a forever home?
I adopted a yellow & white male cat that my neighbors left behind when they moved. His name was Sam & he alerted me when someone was trying to break into my home. Middle of the night, he jumped on my bed & ran down the hall & bounced off the wall. Sam did this several times & was making low sounds in his throat I have never heard since. Tired I stumbled down the hall & went to the Arcadia door to let him outside. I realized he had gone to the front door. I then heard a couple of male voices whispering at the door & scratching sounds there. I ran & turned the front porch light on. They quickly ran off. Police found a crow bar & screw driver in my front yard. By the time police left I found Sam asleep in my bed in his usual spot. Adopting Sam was a good decision. I will always have a kitty live with me!

After my girlfriend died of cancer, I moved to a house in a different town. One day I was outside and in the yard and a cat was meowing to me on the back wall. The cat was very skinny and obviously hungry. I was not sure what to do at first. Then, looking at the cat, I walked over and picked the cat up. I had a can of tuna in the house and fed the cat. She has been with me over 5 years now. This felt so mysterious to me the way it happened that I named the cat after my girlfriend, Nina.

Twenty years ago, a stray white kitten came to my house. I chased it away, several times. Each time it returned, meowing insistently, as if asking for permission to stay. And stay she did, for 17 years. She brought joy and happiness until she passed away 3 years ago. I miss her a lot.

It helped me so much w the grief when my Cody died suddenly 12/14/2019 and my son and his friend found a tiny kitten that was in between traffic desperate for help and it was like 5 days after Cody passed so I believe he put her there for us to heal and for our other kitty that had stopped eating bc he missed his bro so so much . I pray u got another kitty 🐈⬛

Three stray cats showed up at my door one morning in 2020. I had a brain surgery to remove a baseball-sized tumor and that morning was the day after I was discharged from the hospital. Prior to hospitalization, I flew home because my mom suddenly passed... That month was the darkest time of my earth life, but I was able to pull myself together gradually thanks to these cats. They have become my pets and lived with me for 3 years. Thank you for this video! It reminds me how magical and healing they have been to me❤

I suddenly became homeless, hopeless in January. Sitting in the dirt behind an empty house, I found myself surrounded by neighborhood strays. It got cold - in the 30s - so I built a small shelter for "us". Then a few days of rain came so I got tarps and built a small rain shelter to keep "them" warm and dry. Looking back now, if it werent for the strays, I would have just sat there - in the dirt - in the cold - in the rain - and.... passed away. Now I have a small home. I return to that neighborhood to "save the strays" but they've all gone but for 3. Only one young female came to me. She lives with me now. They saved me, after all. It's the least I can do - save them....

I've found it most interesting that according to scientists who study these things, there are actually quantifiable energies that connect cats (and dogs) with their owners, and also a quantifiable connection spiritually of their personalities--almost like a swap between animal and owner, each carrying a spiritual piece of the other.

My wife became emotionally impaired and wanted to be alone. I came back to my hometown and retreated from the world. I was lonely, depressed, lost. One morning I saw a stray cat in the grass below my bedroom window. I fed him and he walked right in the door as if this was his home. One month later I spotted a small white/orange kitten in the same place outside my window. It took weeks to get her to trust me. Once she let me pick her up, I brought her into our home. She loves me beyond measure. Lying next to me. Giving me kisses. Cuddling with me. I love her more than I can describe. Then just 5 months ago, a small gray and white kitten (adorable) came to my balcony sliding glass door and looked in. I gave her some food, opened the glass door, and she came in as well. All 3 are my babies. They love and play with each other. They rub up against me and show love. Oliver (the 1st one) is the only male and will actually talk to me. I will ask him how he feels and he will respond with a soft eek sound while looking in my eyes. They are all gifts from God and no one can take them from me.

We had a skinny, hungry black cat show up at our back door 15 years ago. Over time, she became my best friend as she transitioned from skittish outdoor cat to happy indoor cat. She was loyal and loving, and so, so cool. I loved her so very much, but just had to have her put down a couple of days ago... My heart is broken. I miss her so much. I feel broken and don't know how to go about life without her. In short, if a homeless, hungry cat shows up at your door, it is a gift. Befriend them, take them in, love them. They will change your life.

Two strays come by every night, at the same time each night. Another came inside and has stayed. Another stray was given to me and another stray was found as a kitten where I work. .. We had one kitty for 30 years. They're all so wonderful.
We have a lot of stray cats in our neighborhood because people abandoned them in the woods. I started feeding one and she brought another. They left but I always have strays around. At the moment I have a kitten that was brought by his mother

I had a home birth in 2017, when I went into labor, a kitty appeared at my door. She was there all day, she'd rub on my belly and only wanted to hang out with me. The birth went smoothly. She checked on us the next day, and then I never saw her again. Sweet little soul brought me some support!
I live in a quiet neighborhood that has an apartment house across the street. The temporary residents there let their cats roam, and we saw a lot of outdoor cats in the neighborhood. I suspected that a few had been abandoned by people who moved away. One cat, who we called Angel Kitty, brought us two starving half-grown kittens who became part of our household, then disappeared, never to be seen again.
Next time, take her into your house and keep her safe.😢💔🐈🙏🏻

@@buckeye8480 yes, and to vaccinate and deworm , now they're less aggressive and more accessible if there's a health emergency.
We’re trying to figure it all out now. We got some feral cats that need help. We just lost one that it all started with. We called her Kitty Momma. She was a doll. Fed her for almost a year. Spent a lot of time outside with her as she eat to make sure the other cats didn’t run her off. She just had a litter of kittens. She stayed across the street. Friday evening we noticed she wasn’t feeling well. Wife got closer than we had before but she still ran and got under the truck. We didn’t want to chase her off if she needed to rest. Saturday morning she was lying by the water bowl. When she tried to get up she fell. I ran out and that was the first time I touched her, petting her while my wife got a basket and towel. We took her to a animal hospital. After blood work and x-ray. They said she was sepsis and needed surgery. Heart rate and body temp were very low. She was very sick. They said there would be a lot of after care and meds. Be tough with her being feral if she made it through the surgery. They wanted 80% of $5000 to do the surgery. We couldn’t do it. But we were by her side when she went. Found one of her babies. It passed the next morning. We wish we could have helped her more or sooner. It was a terrible weekend. She has three baddies from her litter before that still stick together. Trying our best to take care of them.
I am up to 16 stray cats who are all neutered, vaccinated and dewormed. They are well fed and loved.

A calico cat came to me. After 20 years and 8 months, she passed last year 2023. Getting adopted by Wendy was one of the best things to ever happen to me. ❤
My shadow came to me in a vision and I literally met her two weeks later. My black calico, green eyed girl. She disappeared and never saw her again. Shadow is with me always ✨🌹✨

He is around 2 years old. He is not the problem. The problem is my 15 year old Lucky. He is carrying on like a very jealous husband. My 8 year old female Kitty Kat is also not impressed. I seriously cannot remember having two males fighting over me.
My gray cat passed away last winter and in the summer a kitten showed up and is also gray. She is still here with me. ❤😻

This was a very interesting video.
I had to leave my home country and move somewhere else to escape a very abusive relationship.
After I was here for about 3 months, feeling very lost and disconnected, I saw a Kitty in a hollowed out log on my walk home one day.
I just said hello and waved to it and kept walking.
About 1 hour later I heard a cat crying outside of my door.
I opened it up and there he was.
He looked at me, walked right in, hopped up on my couch and went to sleep.
He acted like he had lived there his entire life.
Luckily I had made ahi tuna that evening and had left overs to feed him.
He got on my bed and slept Next to me that night.
He never had a single accident in my house and he would ask to be let outside to go potty.
Even with the door open, he wanted to stay inside next to me most of the time.
We just passed our 3 year anniversary and we are still best friends.
He is a very unusual fella and he makes me smile every day.
I'm so grateful he found me and had brought so much joy to my lonely world 😻💝✨️

Hi! We just adopted a black cat from the SPCA and as it turns out, he’s a Bombay and we knew he was a guide cuz we clicked within a few seconds and he’s very happy with his 2 kitty sisters and his new buddy our 100 lb lab. Go to the local shelter and see if anything “ clicks “ 😊

I had a cat that crawled into my 62 vw one night when it was raining so hard I had to pull over and heard a crying outside the car. Opened the door and in came this drenched cat. I took her home and put an ad in the newspaper to see if anyone was looking for her. No one replied Then a month later, an all black showed up and refused to leave. I now had 2 cats, my first ones.

Blessed me after my little dog died suddenly.
A kitten was taken to my garage by a female cat that was not her mother.
Needless to say, I rushed out for kitten formula, and I bottle-fed her.

They do have names you just have to ask they will answer. They respond so different when you call them by their name.😊
I flound a stray in bad shape. She seemed almost dead. I brought her in and began to feed her. She slowly regained her sytrength but one of her back legs is crippled. After taking her to a vet they to me she has a tumor in her stomach. I'll keep her as long as I can.
Which country to live in? Can you get cbd oil, even human grade which is the same. My old cat with kidney disease has this and it helping her.❤

I never owned a cat, a neighbors feral cat who was sick ( someone gave her to my neighbor already sick ), and the neighbor just put her in the barn. Neighbor did not see her for months, One day, I saw her under my house. She is now a healthy house cat😊. She even sleeps with her dog sisters. I do love her❤

My beautiful old cat died a week ago, but a huge B & W cat appeared in my garden a week before that. He kept coming back and since the death of my other cat, he has been coming daily. I put food on my back porch and he came up to my door, he has beautiful eyes. I’ll build him a little house outside and when I come back from a much needed holiday, we’ll see how things go!
In my neighborhood, some people allow their cats to wander, but my cats are strictly indoor cats, for their safety. We receive many feline visitors, and my garden is open to them always. I keep bowls of food and water, some cat toys my own cats don't play with anymore, wooden boxes they can rest in, and catnip all throughout the yard for them to enjoy. One of my cats loves to spend her time in our enclosed courtyard, and she always gets so excited whenever another cat stops by. She'll jump up on the gate, and I've seen her trying to reach out to the cat, in a friendly way, to the cat on the other side. She likes cats more than people. Me too, Ashaya.
When I was a little girl, I begged my parents for a cat. My dad had cancer, so they didn't want one. I prayed for one and the next day I tripped over a calico cat, a stray. I begged to keep her, but they initially said no. That night had a thunderstorm and she cried at our door. They let her stay the "night" bit she became ours. Comforted me after my dad's death and although he hated cats, he loved her and she slept by him until he passed

I have a black cat who came to my house and kept coming back until he eventually chose my barn to live in. A year later another cat arrived and stayed. Both cats are with me ten years later living in the house. I had two large young stray dogs sit across the street for days staring at my house. Slowly they came closer and closer and eventually accepted food and water. There are four other houses on my street but it was my house they stared at. I took the dogs in and they lived 14 and 15 years before they both died of the same type of cancer. I think they were brothers.
A cat comes to my back door every morning for food. I feed him. He then goes to every other house on our crescent. I look forward to seeing him. He isn't a stray. I lost both of my cats to cancer, they were both 20 years old, recently. 🐱🐱🐱💓.

I'm a big fan of musicians such as Questlove, DAngelo, Erykah Badu, and their peers. Quest love told a story on how they all used to record at Jimi Henrdrix's old studio, Electric Lady Studios in NYC. They were all working on music for their albums in that studio.
There was a cat that happened to live in the studio. They let the cat stick around and chill in the studio while they were working.
While they were working out ideas and doing jam sessions, they used the cat as an indicator to feel if the music they were making was good or not. If the cat stayed around the jam session, they took it as a sign that the jam should be developed into an actual song. If the cat wandered off, they just scrapped the idea.
They named the cat Jimi because they believed the cat was the animal emodiment of Jimi Hendrix's spirit. I thought that was a cool story.

I have been feeding and giving medical treatment to stray cats for more than a decade. Cats were always special to me and almost all my earnings are spent on them. Wherever I go cats immediately are drawn to me. I am very spiritual, vegetarian and meditate a lot, do occult practices, rituals and such. I have always been quite a misanthrope. Recently, many stray cats have started showing up at my door and I welcome all of them inside with reverence. There is definitely a lot of spiritual energy in cats. 🙏😸

My little feral Momma died last yr, I was missing her a few days ago. Yesterday, a white stray showed up, he has a black heart across his backside. I'm so thankful they feel safe and come here. This one is beautiful and I love him already. Thanks for this vid. funny how it popped up today.

We had fifteen cats including mom, aunt, uncle grandmother .. so on.when I approached to love them they tried to avoid me. I never hurt them and tried to impress them but I failed.But Nemo was different.our other cats did not like her.only me and my mom loved her.she was abandoned when she was a kitten.she often came to me and slept near my pillow .she was deprived of mother's love but our other cats were not.i treated her like a baby.i can't forget her

Cats are amazing animals and are beautiful, perceptive, loving, intelligent, and curious. They are excellent at reading humans and other animals. My precious Mitzy is a “purrfect“ example of this. ❤ 🥰😻
Took an unscheduled road trip with a co-worker because she was breaking in her new SUV and didn't want to ride alone. We drove 2.5 hours into the country to her Auntie's farm. We sat down at the kitchen table and the animals that were in the yard came into the kitchen and just sat and started chilling with me all around the chair I was sitting in, it was crazy there was a duck, dog, a bird came to the window sill, the two cats came in and even the cat that wasn't allowed inside cuz it had the mange, boldly came in the kitchen staying away from the other animals, prompting the Auntie to ask who I was, I told her my name and she said " No, Really WHO ARE YOU?" I mentioned that I was a cat lover she just said alright Sweetie nice to me you we visited for a couple of hours and left with some incredibly delicious jam and cha-cha relish. Will NEVER forget this BEAUTIFUL encounter ❤️
I have 4 cats. 3 are of these are black cats, my 4th cat is a stray tabby. I took him into my house, when he was a tiny kitten, 3 years ago. He had gone to my neighbours' house, first. Her old dog didn't like the kitten. So my neighbour gave him to me. I also have a big rescue dog. My pets pick up on my emotions. If I'm upset, they'll come to be close to me, including my dog as well. I love my pets.😊❤️😸😸😸😸🐶
OMG. I just opened my patio blinds and I couldn't and still can't believe there is a black cat sitting rather comfortably in the grass in front of the patio. I took two pictures. I wish I could show them to you all. Absolutely amazing. 🙏❤️ 😺😊

On native American lore, cats bring magic. Wheni had cataract surgery, my eye stayed blurry, until the 3rd day when a cat crossed my door step , my eye immediately cleared. Lately, a black Ferrell cat comes every few days and my legs have begun healing from swelling.❤❤
A stray tortoiseshell cat started hanging out in my backyard. When we talked to it, she would walk toward us, but not let us touch her. For the next three years, whenever she showed up, I would feed her. My grandson named her Anon 2. One day in April 2022, she showed up at my door with four kittens. I fed Anon 2 and the kittens for about 10 days, then mama cat disappeared. I caught the kittens. I kept two and adopted two. I believe Anon 2 knew that I would take care of her kittens.

I've had two cats over the last thirty years, back to back, and they were the sweetest, most loving souls ever. They always could sense my emotions and would comfort me when I was down. They gave me unconditional love and brought good luck. They've both passed, and I miss them. Cats are very special creatures.
At the top of this year a stray cat chose me to help her deliver six kittens, one didn’t make it but all 5 are healthy. They have brought me so much joy and it has been sad for them to leave me, finding good homes is important to me. There are so many strays in my neighborhood I buy food and snacks for them. I’ve always loved cats and they bring me much comfort and joy 🫶🏽

We have a specialty cat. She was adopted by many people before but took a liking to us. And she was very hard to keep and raise because she was so wild and stubborn. It has taken years to get to know her and her special ways.
Now, she has settled down and sleeps on my son's chest when she is cold and he needs comfort from the hardships of life. 🙏

I have a black cat that i took after the mother delivered them in my daughters basement, he is blind in one eye and has limited vision in the other, but i like him, a lot, hes my buddy, Twice someone has tried to hurt him so now hes home bound for his safety, amazing how ignorant people are , its not safe for black cats out there.

I do as well, I'm servant to 2. Barron and Rand. I'm also, servant to 14 other kitties. Two are Barron's siblings, a brother and a sister, they're black and tan tabbies. My husband works for Waste Management, they were found in one of his co-workers' trucks. All the guys know that we rescue and foster kitties, so they called my husband and he went and got them. They weren't even three weeks old. We bottle fed them. They just turned 4 at the beginning of April. Another one of our kitties was found in a different guy's truck. She was around five weeks old. She's a tuxedo kitty and will be turning 8 at the end of this month. She's so cute, her face is half white and half black, in a yin and yang pattern. She is really cool looking.

My daughter was depressed, and an abandoned kitty was left in our back yard. She ended up adopting her after she was fostered by a mom cat since she was only 2 weeks old. My daughter’s mood lifted and had a renewed sense of purpose. She’s still with us, and she gives me serotonin therapy, her energy is so positive!
I had a 4 month old kitten come to me out of nowhere as i was outside 1 hot afternoon and so i decided to keep him, took him to the vet the next day and bought everything he needed. He has been my bbf since day 1. I always knew i wanted an emotional support animal but had no clue what. Until this little kitty showed up. I am forever blessed to have him.
My two cats past away one year. A year later a stray cat come to my door. God bleassed me with her. We needed each other. God is great, God is good. I thank him everyday. A black cat is hanging around now. I feed her she is starving.

My Grandmother told me as a little boy, if a cat comes to your door it is good luck if you feed the cat. I had one come to me and I told her if you have any babies bring them to me tomorrow night at the same time and I will feed them too. She had 2 litters per year 4 cats each time, and I stayed 5 years I had 40 kittens and one mom over the 5 years I love cats and I didn't mind my landlord gave me wood to build them a house and my dad being a carpenter did just that. I put a swinging pet door that she could use easily to get out of the cold. They stayed there in winter and she had several litters and her babies even had litters but her mother wouldn't let the others have her space with newborns. But I had names for all of them. It was the most beautiful experience in my life. They never came into my home but were always there when it came time for food and water or even special milk for the babies even the mother. I am glad my grandmother was correct. Thanks for the video. The kittens and the mother all had names and gave me peace of mind.

A stray cat showed up and refused to leave right before my mom had a heart surgery she was not supposed to survive. We took the kitty in and we basically prepared to say goodbye to mom. Mom lived and thrived! She and the kitty were so bonded. Mommy lived 15 years after the surgery. The kitty passed a few years before mom.
Three stray cats came to my door back in January. A fourth one tried to come but they chased it off. I now have seven cats.
We had a neighborhood kitty decide to grace us with his presence in our backyard about a year ago. Slowly, I started leaving food for him and now, he's taken up residence with us. Turns out, he has an autoimmune problem and needed help. Now, he's doing great

Soon after my father passed away, a white cat came in and went straight to my dad’s bed and layed down. I don’t remember how long he stayed but it was for many years. He never gave us any problems. My mom and I were thinking he was sent to comfort us in our time of need. ❤

I couldn't have a cat growing up. My first cat was a white stray male we called General. I was 30 years old, and although I was not supposed to have an animal in my apartment, I went to the landlord and fought for him. Before long, I had 3. He was the smartest, almost demanding, and intutive cat I've had in 43 years. He was a gift. My daughter is an empath, and before he passed, I had developed a very strong sense of people's emotions and my own. I know my spirit animal is a cat. I am a spiritualist, so I agree that, at least in my case, cats are and always will be in my life. I feel for some reason, I need them to help me live. They have all taught me different things about myself and the world around me. Take that for what you will.

We found a cat outside our apartment. We fed him and he became our friend. He used to come daily and we feed him. But we were not able to take him in as we already had a dog and 3 albino rats. In January we lost our beloved dog. I was heartbroken that day, it was the worst day of my life. Then he came in and for the first time without eating he came to me and sat on my lap. I cried tears while he was sitting in my lap. I think he sensed that we were sad and he came and sat with me and my parents. From that day he is coming daily. All animals are special, I am so glad that we found him and he found us❤️
We had 1 that was here when we moved in, he hung around for years! Let me give him a few pets but never got close to us ☹️ 1 started coming around, left for a few months, came back and I started sneaking him in during the winter when it was cold! One day my husband was off work sitting in the living room and the cat walked in, jumped in the couch next to my husband, he’s been with us ever since 🤣🤣 Our most recent is a shared cat with the neighbors and we take care of him. We don’t know where he came from but he’s sweet!
We have five beautiful cats, four of them were rescued , the other one is a gift from a friend, in fact all of them are a great gift in our lifes. They are adictive. We love them with our heart.

I have a black cat. He picked me & I love him. My daughter feeds 2 feral cats. They live in her backyard that have been with her for years, she bought them outdoor homes. One is gray and the other one is yellow. Can’t imagine not having our kitties 🐈⬛🐈❤️🐈🐈🐈⬛❤️🐈⬛❤️. She also owns 2 that she adopted and one we rescued when someone threw him out on the highway. And we adore them all.
I found my Gigi. Under the hood of my car..a tiny stray tabby.. She is now 17 years old and is sleeping with me on my bed!!!! I rescue cats,dogs and people!!
A young Bengal used to talk to my husband when he was out cleaning his motor bike every weekend. After a couple of weeks he strolled in through the open window, curled up on a chair & went to sleep! Never left.. We made efforts to find who he belonged to & the lady three doors down said he was hers but the baby was allergic to him so she was locking him out. Just keep him... So we did. beautiful little soul & loved hubby to bits!! We miss him now he is over the rainbow bridge, They say cats choose their own owners & its true... Thank you for posting, subscribed.

We had 4 stray kittens turn up at our house 5 years ago. They joined our family and have helped us through the tough times with their unconditional love, companionship and loyalty. We also have another cat from a rescue centre and 2 other cats who visit us daily for food. Yes we definitely ❤ our gorgeous cats x
I’ve had my black cat 3 years. He was injured, and came through my hedge when I was in my garden. There was no collar or chip. I believe he knew I would take care of him. I still get cats pass through my garden. I feed them and they go on their way.

I had a mama cat come to me years ago and now I take care of her and her 3 kitties (now grown themselves). I have many more strays coming to me, yet I don't have the means to feed them all so if anyone is in the Tampa area that would like a stray please let me know.
Over the past decades more than 25 cats have visited me and my children and I have always welcomed them for as long as they choose to stay. Many times guests who visited our ranch would be "adopted" by one of the cats. After several serious conversations about providing a FOREVER home (up to 20 year commitment) and our "bring the cat back for any reason" promise... we have been able to share loving homes with loving cats. We are blessed to be able to do this and it has taught my children the responsibility we all have to help those in need, no matter who they are.
