Another great series Joe. Couple days of fishing and a day of catching👍
Thank you
Great video guys! Nice touch with the drone footage too! It’s been years since I fished splake but they are fun to catch!
Thank you
Wow...56...that's mind blowing. Good job. Keep the videos coming. Its pretty much Ice out down here in MA. My ice fishing is done. Now it's time to start prepping for Turkey and fly fishing.
Thank you
Sheesh a day like that you gotta stretch and warm up for! Another awesome video Joe thanks for sharing all the adventures this year!
Thank you agreed
You two had an outstanding day on the ice. Great footage. 🦞
Thank you
Would love to see you go back to that lake with the Garmin, Joe! Use a lot of chartreuse and pink and orange spoons! I bet you’d have 150 splake on the ice
For sure thanks
Awesome! A day like that is good for the soul!!

Thank you
Wow Joe dang you guys had a busy day on the hardwaters bud thats awesome
Crazy busy
What a low pressure day to keep the 56 suspended off bottom and super active. Unreal. I thought when a buddy of mine and myself caught 35 multi species in a weekend it was a lot. Wow.
It was incredible
Great video Joe, they are really cool looking fish never caught one but have got my fair share of brookies.
Very cool
Amazing video again man! Ps your friend looks like Mac from its always sunny in Philadelphia!
Thank you
One of my favorite ponds to fish! In 2019 I let my dad grab one of my flags and ended up being the state record at the time 11lb 2oz! Record ended up being broke 3 times that year!
That’s amazing thanks for sharing
What’s the name?
Always enjoy your time Joe I need me a pike one Day
For sure thanks
I was happy with 15 rainbows in 4 hours yesterday. Wanted to stay longer but I'll take anytime I can't get. Had to get the power washer out when I got home everything was caked with mud from the roads. My sled sits on a rack behind the Jeep which doesn't help
Thank you
Another great video can’t wait till the next one
Thank you
Looks like you guys had a great day ice fishing! Did today make up for yesterday? Thanks for including us. Never caught a splake. Did you keep any to eat? What do they taste like? Or are you required to release your catch? One more question. Most UA-cam ice-fishermen pulling in a fish throw their line on their tip-ups. What if a big fish wanted to make a run? Or your line freezes on your traps during a cold day? Seems like it might work better to throw your line downwind on flat, bare ice/snow. I like it when a second fisherman winds the loose line back on the spool, and then retrieves the fish from the hole. Like a tag-team (maybe that's too much to ask of a Mainer?). Of course, catching fish on a short pole is even more fun (black, 1-inch-thick, insulator hole covers help keep the line from freezing in).
It’s a mistake to throw line on top of tip ups.
you still around?
Just came back from orperation reboot fishing derby they had a great day up there
Great to hear
Splake are delicious. Alot like brook trout, but bigger
Very cool thanks
My family has a camp on Ragged Lake and the biggest splake we’ve ever caught was 9 1/2 lbs just shy of the state record
Holy cow!
Four lines, fifty six fish, epic day!

I'm from Maine, but just to clarify.......every splake is a stocked fish, correct? As they cannot reproduce on their own.
For sure exactly, there are rumors of reproduction.

Definitely not sterile. They just usually dont/arent know for, reproducing in the wild.
Thank you
@@JoeHollandFishing Great videos. Been watching your stuff a lot as I just found you. I like this video (along with all the West Branch area vids) the most as I lived and fished up there from 2000-2015. Seen some people I know and many places Ive fished. Keep up the great work!
