Talking about our tribe, stories such as the raven stealing the sun, and how he wasn't "bad" just mischievous. This was so nice to listen to, I love these types of videos. I wish it were easier to find places that could do these "massages" or spiritual relaxation.

I had the newest covid booster yesterday morning and that combined with suspected rheumatoid arthritis left me up in the early hours of the morning with great pain and aching. Claudia, I SO understand! I'm addressing just one aspect of your comment--which was lovely and gracious. And accurate! But you said you'd gotten the new booster shot, and that you had an unpleasant reaction to it. This is exactly what happened to me with my second and third shots. It was so unpleasant, it's made me resistant to getting any additional booster shots. I applaud you for doing this. I don't know if I will be able to make myself do this again. Your example is inspiring! But I am generally about as healthy as a horse, and I just don't know if I can stand to wipe myself out for two or three days. But, again, I commend your discipline. I'm sorry the shot made you miserable. That really resonated with me! Thanks for sharing your experience and your kind thoughts.
Hi Claudia. I hope you don't mind me saying but I just happened to see your comment. I was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis in about April this year and at this point I'm almost completely free of symptoms, just regaining some strength and flexibility I lost. I did it completely without the drugs they told me I'd have to take forever. I just walked up a mountain last week, there is hope! If you search for the tensegrity coach you'll find the programme I followed, but basically I did a strict elimination diet for a while and now I try to eat healthier but not much different to before. I also researched and took some suppliments. Good luck, I know how painful the nights can be x
