As a bald guy I have no idea why I enjoy this video so much and why it gives me such tingles but what an awesome video!!
To me, it's her voice and way of talking! She's not whispering nor being loud .. it's between the two .. it's normal and gentle not pretentious or forced .. that is a very important thing which many ASMR artists lack!

To me, balancing a tone is not a trait that, "certain asmrtists lack", rather, a decision made by the creator. Some people like whispers. Some people like something louder. It's not a matter of skill.

Semide is iconic with these knitting needles. She is the first person I saw use them. Then everyone copied, some more awkward than others. No one uses them better to expend more tingles than her.
I was thinking the same thing. Other needles, chop sticks, plastic skewers, scratch forks, NO one does a scalp check as well a Semide.
