Okay, I've never touched an FTO, but DianSheng are clearly leaning towards making it a decent speedcube, and let's "face" it, it is going to become an event as there are now a good fair amount of unofficial round of it at competitions. While this puzzle seems good, it's also in its, I'd say, "beta" phase as a puzzle. From what I've seen and heard it's a step up from the rest, and it's the first stepping stone to what will become other brands following suit and releasing FTOs of their own designs. (I'm not saying I'm right, this is just merely a combination of an opinion and an observation 🙂).
