Wise words! I managed to get some neuromuscular pain in my left hip that took a long time to clear up from training too hard. I'd also say that the older you are (ahem) you might have to skip another day between sessions. I found that really helped me and my speed journey.
100% but like the video said be careful with injury. Another video to come on common driver mistakes which you might want to keep an eye on too. That might help add some yards 👍
