This is the routine in my summer vacation, I have 30 days off from work, I go to my summer cottage to go to lake for swim and sauna everyday. I enjoy the primitive lifestyle even thou I have electricity and usually just use candles for light and cutting wood for fire and preparing for next winter. After the month I'm reborn as a new man.
Quite possibly, the benefits of a baby being borne in a sauna included entering a warm environment and getting that all very important baby's body temperature to a survival level.

i have a sauna and ice bath every second day. 13 minutes in the sauna 6min ice x 3 rounds. love it, cant live without it

100% I wish we realized the high heat of traditional is the way to go. It’s a different experience.
I’m in the USA and I’ve only used a traditional sauna. The idea of an infrared sauna doesn’t sound as good to me.
