Truly enjoyed the video. I have to questions this companies integrity. How many Ken Boswells did you find from the same season? I think it was at least 3. Thats just wrong.
From repacked wax I had a lot of luck I pulled 1975 topps Thurman Munson, a 1962 topps Warren Spahn, a 1972 topps Lou Brock, and the best pull was a 1989 upper deck ken Griffey jr rookie.
Your brother opened this awhile ago bc I saw this on Twitter and tipped him off. It was a hit and sold out immediately. They only were able to fully restock a few months ago and I got a few packs. I also spoke to the owner and told him who I was (that I told your brother to open them) and he comped my packs and thanked me and said the night Jon aired his video, he (the Repacked Wax guy) had to turn off his phone and computer bc his email was flooded with orders. Pretty hilarious. He was super cool so I'm glad he's getting more publicity again
I remember your brother opened this back earlier this year and his boxes were awesome, they ended up selling out on their website after his video aired.
To me, this makes for a better break than something like 2020 Topps. It's so random and these guys who produce it are legit. Eric - I'm not interested in Patreon, but I'd have no problem helping to sponsor another opening like this. Keep up the great vids!
This product is really fun and the overall design and presentation is brilliant (the spacer/wax stain protectors being ads is especially impressive)...
That Warren Spahn is like gold, no, it IS gold :) I typed this in right after seeing it, will be difficult to top that one! If i never get my hands on a Universal Treasures box, I'd be happy with one of these. Nice break ! Still can't believe that card.......
@@campbellgelineau5466 Oh, sorry if i spoiled it, i've had people get angry at me for posting that stuff, i just say don't read the comments first, lol.
Erik..you need to do this ..i think this is one of the best way to get rid of commons...after 40 years i just trimmed down ..i threw all commons away ..i couldnt do anything with them..about 50,000..
Your Walmarts aren't limiting people to 2 packs a day? Ours are... One has banned several online sellers from the store for buying 2 and then coming back and trying to buy 2 more
Sorry to be the Oddball in the lot but I would not give $0.50 a pack. Love the video and the throw of opening packs but I already have tons of this stuff:) so that's more for everybody else
I remember the first run of this set was incredible tons of old Topps, especially '73 - '75. I purchased a set in the second issue, 65% were the Donruss, Score, UD, etc. Personally these are all Junk. It seems they are still dredging the lower class of cards as displayed by your set. For me this is not worth the expense.
It’s a nice concept however when we want to recreate our memories we opened packs with all the same years in them. So that’s what I will spend my money on 1984 Topps packs 1985 Topps etc. plus I will have an even percentage of pulling something big. Not a predetermined % of my money back of mostly commons.
Trash. I bought a box of this crap and got: 0 - 1950's 4-1960's (all creased commons) Only decent card in whole box was a 1980 Topps Nolan Ryan that might grade a 6 on a good day. Complete waste of money. DON'T BUY IT
I have never seen this box before, it’s very unique
I think it’s cool how there is a variety of years.
gets old real quick when you see all the 90's card
Enjoy watching your videos
I pulled a mint Rickey Henderson rookie from one of these boxes
Bless you Erik for this material review.
You put all of us in our happy place
HEY EVERYBODY WELCOME BACK!
Truly enjoyed the video. I have to questions this companies integrity. How many Ken Boswells did you find from the same season? I think it was at least 3. Thats just wrong.
Love these!!!
Repacked Wax has a Twitter account and website and UA-cam channel and they have a video showing how they make each pack. Would recommend watching

The wax cards are always going to be a classic. Filled with nothing but everyone remembers them.

These are sold out on their website ... I would really enjoy a box of these - hopefully they are working on another run - thanks for sharing

How many times is junk wax gonna be resold?
I've seen this opened before very nice stuff this guy has a video to buy these and shows how he makes the packs
I have a very special rally cap just for Erik, to make sure he gets big hits for these lovely people!!
I like how theres a glossy front to a paper back to stop from sticking
Ok have to order some!! Takes me back to collecting when I was younger.
This product is really fun and the overall design and presentation is brilliant (the spacer/wax stain protectors being ads is especially impressive)...

I was legit just reading this as I heard him say Warren Spahn

@@robertanderson2898 nah its fine i was just sayin how its kinda funny how right as i read ur comment he said that

Erik..you need to do this ..i think this is one of the best way to get rid of commons...after 40 years i just trimmed down ..i threw all commons away ..i couldnt do anything with them..about 50,000..
OMG, I remeber these from when I was a kid!!!
Pretty good player selection. A very good buy for the novice collector.
I think the wax wrappers and box may be worth more than the cards inside.
Great box it worth the money
Love how they don't go through them and take out all the big hits.......
This was a good video
Hey Chris congrats on the Warren Spahn and the Eddie Matthews
Really cool! Love watching stuff like this.
The guy who runs Repacked Wax lives fairly close by me. Triple Play Vintage is about 25 minutes from me. Cool place if you love old cards.
Love your vids
I love that shop! Will be out there Friday
Great video Jabs
Thanks for sharing. I have a few of these packs coming my way soon.
I need myself a box of this. This is super cool
Love these. I got a T206 card in my last box. Cool stuff.
Those pan fleets of repacked wax are actually stickers.
The '59 Spahn looks to have 20/80 side borders 😣
Repack a whole pack of John Wathen cards😂
Wax in its finest form!
I pulled a 1961 all star card of mickey mantle out of this. The card is in tough shape, but still its a Mantle. Probably would grade out a PSA 2
Ol 92 leaf back in the day held good trade value Juan Guzman (probably spelled wrong) but that card was always 4 bucks.
Yo Erik, Repacked Wax has a UA-cam channel. The guy goes through the process of how he packs and seals the product.
When I think of Billy Hatcher, I think of the 86 Astros.
I was gonna say, I think of him as an Astro.
I think of him as a Red. what a great postseason he had in 1990.
That Warren Spahn card may be an error. The DOB of 1931 but the 3 obscured. His DOB is 1921
I would love to have one of these packs or boxes
Did you find 2020 Bowman Platinum hangers?
These r cool
Always wanted some of these!
Interesting way to recycle vs standard mystery packs
What a weird box...never seen this before, ever
How many packs have you opened , im sure thousands
You breezed past a cool Brooks Robinson In Action.
Curious what version is that Spahn? Surprisingly, nice box..
Nevermind, watched again and seen the smeared 3 in his birthday. Grats.. the most valuable version
I think that’s the first Warren Spahn I’ve ever seen!
Think my eyes are bugging out. Those 88 Donruss cards look different, what are they ? opening day ?
That 72 Joe Neikro is a nice card :-)
saw at least 4 73 ken boswells
Only thing was Gallery n 1 mega box of Platinum at our Walmart
The Johnny Mize card was numbered, just a heads up.
The first batch of these was much better. The first batches had almost no modern wax, only 50's to early 80's.
Can u open a Topps rip or mystery box I want to see if it is worth it
Box
Yeah never seen it also
Your Walmarts aren't limiting people to 2 packs a day? Ours are... One has banned several online sellers from the store for buying 2 and then coming back and trying to buy 2 more
Hopefully you didn't pay much for this box. The Warren Spahn was nice but I quit after that (6:45).
Every time I see George Brett, I think of Billy Martin. Go Yankees!!!!
The pine tar game. Brett also owned the yankees.
Dang i didnt get the noti thats y im not super early
Just a correction you called the 1985 topps Tim Stoddard Jim Stoddard Lol
Sorry to be the Oddball in the lot but I would not give $0.50 a pack. Love the video and the throw of opening packs but I already have tons of this stuff:) so that's more for everybody else
Kinda cool. I saw some cards in there i would like. The warren spahn was very cool.
As others have noted, those are stickers in every pack
Trever Bauer . . . errr.
And who believes that if heratge brings back the design they should bring back the wax packs
Pack searchers would have a field day.
@@elbosausage lol I know have to put box around them

My favorite card cards are that warren Spahn and Eddie Matthews
$3 a pack for commons.. ouch
Warren Spahn card is about 20-250 depends on grade.
Junk Wax Sal calls them Repacked $#!t
What’s up man haw are you
3:58 what
Junk. Let’s pack this stuff in new packages to get rid of our junk. No thanks
It’s a nice concept however when we want to recreate our memories we opened packs with all the same years in them. Not a great deal. Most older cards off center, soft corners, etc. Not worth $3 a pack.
There was not a hit in each box I bought a box and it was GARBAGE
Trash. I bought a box of this crap and got: 0 - 1950's 4-1960's (all creased commons) Only decent card in whole box was a 1980 Topps Nolan Ryan that might grade a 6 on a good day. Complete waste of money. DON'T BUY IT
Absolute junk. You should get better crap than that for $100.
Waste of time.
