There are few questions🙋. About Ht coil. 1) How to check if it is bad in your case it was leak current . But can we able to check with our multimeter. 2) As you said your ht coil has a problem. But did you checked with your old rectifier with new ht coil which you have install. I have dout that might be the issue was only ht coil. You should give a try and check with your old rectifier. 3) HT coil ka issue charging sa kaisa connect hai ? . Doesn't make any sense to me 4) And what is the use of that capacitor any idea 💡. I couldn't able to know it's function is it for stable voltage⚡️ function some what ?
1) Coil can be tested by visual inspection, not with multimeter .To check it, remove the regulator connector and start engine to check battery voltage. Voltage must be stable below 12.6 volts. If voltage is above 13V then HT coil is faulty. 2) I checked with old regulator , it was faulty too. 3) HT coil leaks voltage, as chassis is also connected to battery and regulator, it causes increased voltage at battery, does is make sense ? 4) Capacitor is AC current wave filter, it gives pure DC current

Hi bro, meri Avenger me ek problem hai aur mai bohot pareshan hu. Meri bike idling pe 14.2 volts dikhati hai. Par chalane par volts 14 ho jate hai and lights on karne par 13.5v reh jate hai. Race dene par bhi nahi badhte volts ( 14.2 nahi hote aur 13.5 par hi rehte hai). Kya aapne bhi ye chiz observe kari hai kyunki aapne bhi volt meter laga rakha hai to check real time charging status. Please help bro

I have many accessories like 2 pairs of Aux lights, Flasher etc. when i turn these on volts keep dropping ( more accessories on, more volts drop). I was wondering if this is an RR fault. I was watching an English youtuber video of his hayabusa where he showed volts going up even with lights and other accessories were turned on while he accelerated. So my avenger doesn't increase the volts even whilst accelerating hence wanted to know if this is with my Avenger only or all the Avenger. Since you have volt meter installed, you can easily check that please
@RedefineSkinCare Hi, if the RR is faulty then the voltage will exceed 15v and reach till 20V and damage the battery. When the accessories are installed, voltage drops due to load that the charging coil is not capable to produce. Hayabusa may have powerful charging coils that is not available in any consumer bikes. That’s the reason, if powerful accessories are installed, battery is not charged as designed and we sometimes face low battery issue. Because voltage is also related to current that charging coils produce. Yes, voltmeter reading drops below when turned on fog lamps and accessories at same time .
@@riderkk_mumbai thanks bro, I have volt meter installed in my activa 98 cc. Which is able to increase and maintain volts at 14.4v while accelerating with aux lights, headlight and flasher on. Hence if 98cc can do it 220cc can definitely do it. I think RR units in avengers are not designed to increase volts when accelerating.

Connect voltmeter red to battery positive and black to battery negative and start the bike. Voltage should be between 13V to 14.5V. Anything less or more means faulty rectifier

13.5v is not that bad.. if there is no starting problem due to low battery then just ignore that
