it is not that simple bro. using skill 2 then 1 is (absolutely) giving higher damage. BUT... the momentum to do it (in some scenario) it is better to stun first and the giving skill 2. trust me I am BS main.

It was a lvl 1 flaming hammer until lvl 12, which is only -1 magic armor missed. I'm sure he preferred utilizing the movement slow to get in some extra attacks as well as preventing potions as he was chasing them down. And facing a team with tdl, hag and accursed, casting flaming hammer first gives them the chance to escape or counter
If support then maybe after pk? Or anything to help respond faster and or help teammates during a clash or some situational items. If maybe hitter or nuke then definitely staff. Well, just my opinion

3 mins in and it was obvious why legion btm failed. Their rhapsody is horrible. Lack of stun, hesitant when it comes to 2nd skill for healing while moving. And the worst of all, getting caught first every single time. Dark Lady can easily overpower BS and Aluna with the right timing. All it need is just rhapsody to do her job properly. Since its a given that she will most likely die while ganking, its fine since DL can clean up afterwards and getting fat at the same time. Truly a low tier support.
