Realtor profession in usa and cananda is one of the most wicked profession. Realtors get commission for doing very little thing. Sellers used to say they pay all the commission but its 100% lie. Sellers get money from buyers and give the commission to both agents. So, its buyers money only. Fortunately, NAR settlement is nature's way of stopping this greediness from realtors for getting exorbitant 2 to 2.5% commission. This profession should get max. of 0.5% to 1% commission and nothing beyond that.
Tamil dude- you are a realtor and selling homes in Ontario, why didt you buy a house even after living here for more than a decade, rather you bought in india ? Please help us understand
I had a property in Canada which i sold in 2022. Now in the process of buying one here again. You will get an announcement soon. Also I have discussed this topic already in a few videos. I guess you have missed them.
You must have covered what are the cost involved instead of just talking about part/full time. Not informative, seems like just another marketing video
Lol that video has already been made and published in my english channel and i have mentioned that in a few videos already. Here is the link below. People just love to jump in and come to a conclusion and judge the intensions. ua-cam.com/video/daZ6MRozPpI/v-deo.htmlsi=rGg18Pe26i150lx7
Right now it’s buyers market do you suggest people to get the property with closing in December and January 2025 will be better option ? What if more rate cuts tends to price increase ?
One solunga bro. Sometime will there be any negotiation happens between both realtors on the commision percentage and seller relator will ask buyer realtor to brainwash the buyer to accept the offer for little higher price so that buyer realtor will get little extra commission %?
No it doesn’t happen in 99.99% of cases. One off incident cannot be set as a baseline. In all my transactions I will have my buyers give me the price and I do not force them to increase the offer. Hope that makes sense.
Love story upload pannunge....🥺🥺🥺🥺
Part-time or full-time it is lot of work. Well explained. Good job praveen
