- Some very impressive layouts set between the Bluebell Railways amazing Stock. We certainly had a great day out!
Held at two of the lines stations, Sheffield Park and Horsted Keynes in the loco and carriage sheds, we also had a rare opportunity to go behind the scenes of the Railway. The exhibition took place on the Weekend of the 29/30 June 2024, I am already looking forward to next year.
Join me as I take a look around.
I have split the video into 2 parts as there was so much to see -
This is part one, Sheffield Park
and part 2, following soon will be Horsted Keynes
I have done my best to avoid filming people and conversations but inevitably at an event like this it is so difficult to avoid, so if there are any objections please get in touch with the time in the video and I will do my best to edit.
If you enjoy the video, please give it a thumbs up and please check out the channel and if you like what you see please consider subscribing.

Thanks for the interesting workshop scenes and the beautifully presented locos. Also the model train layouts are excellent.
My pleasure Kimball, A wonderful railway, apparently the workshops are not normally open to the public, so very lucky, some nice bits of workshop kit around.
You do have some great adventures. Jersey Bill
I try!
Great stuff Matt. 👍
Thanks 👍
Thanks Matt for the views of my Los Tanimals
Hi Bob Sorry the footage wasn't great, I will try to do better next time, but a big thanks again for the efforts you go to in exhibiting. Matt
@dustyshelfcollectables fine by me Matt! You had a lot to cover!. Cheers, Bob.
@@dustyshelfcollectables no problem Matt. You had a busy day!
I live near the railway so it’s a local exhibition but having to pay for a train journey for £32 just to see them was a bit much
There was a platform ticket at the weekend for £10, We went for that option this weekend as we were there for the Model railways and did not have enough time for the big trains , but plan to be back later in there year to ride the line. Thanks for watching, maybe next year?
@@dustyshelfcollectables that sounds better, did it cover both stations but have to make your own way between them or £10 each station
£10 Covered access to all stations, but you had to make your own way between.
@@dustyshelfcollectables Thanks, that makes it good value, they must have had a load of complaints, me included, about the price last year
