Should I start preventive cholesterol medicine if LDL is 111 ,Hdl is 46 total cholesterol is 185 and triglycerides 143. High BP remains under control with BP medication and all other tests are normal.

I got angioplasty done at medanta gurgaon by Dr Rajneesh 2 years back.i am taking bp medicine but when I go to hospital my pulse rate goes up to 120 and bp 175 /69 .. but at home my pulse remain between 60 to 75. What does this means. Please response
