UK House Tour!!
I love watching people's house tours on UA-cam so therefore I have created one of my very own for you today.
This is a home tour of my 1930’s terrace house, I absolutely love nosing around people's houses to see how they have used the space, the interior design and so I really wanted to document how my house is at the moment as we have done some work on it since moving in nearly 5 years ago.
It is very much a family home with everything that comes with that, with our own personal touch to modernise it and make it feel cosy and homely

A yellow wall art would look nice above the sofa it will brighten that area up and it will also match the cushions on the sofa
Artwork is where me and my husband can't agree which is probably why we have nothing in the front room 😂 but I agree, I would like something that ties in the colours of the room!
@@clairewilliams_ Temu has a great selection to decor at such great prices I have redecorated my whole room with stuff from Temu minus the flooring and paint 😂 I will be doing a room transformation on my channel if your interested

Wow the transformation of your front is stunning. The dark walls look great. And I never thought about painting the kitchen cupboards, but after seeing yours, I'm gonna do the same as they look fantastic ❤
Thank you, we love the dark front room and yes absolutely you can paint and upscale your kitchen a much more budget friendly way of making it look so different looks like a completely different kitchen 🥰

You've got a lovely home, I really like that Hague blue with that yellow it goes so well. Where did you get those radiators from they look proper smart, I've always disliked boring white ones, so these would be great 🙌
Thank you so much we love our home 🥰 lots still we want to do to it. The radiators are from Screwfix they are there column radiators and would highly recommend!

Beautiful home, well done. Silly question anout shutters please do they make the room completely dark? Would like them on our bedroom but want to make sure i can reach a completely dark space
Thank you 🥰 they do make the room dark but not black out enough for a bedroom I would say, but I have seen that you can get back out blinds installed on the inside of them which I would do for a bedroom personally. Hope that helps!

I'm not sure of the square feet but yes it's a pretty typical size house for a family of 4 in the UK

I love that fireplace ❤ How is it with a log burner? Does it produce enough heat? And do you have to clean it often? I'd love to get one, but have never used one before.
Thank you 🥰 we absolutely love our log burner and it's the centre piece of our front room. We use it every night in the winter and it's definitely throws out the heat enough for our room size! Get one you won't regret it!!
@@clairewilliams_ thanks for the advice 🥰. I think we will take the plunge and just get one. And if it actually gives out enough heat it might help with the bills 🤣

Your home’s stunning 😍 I have a question. What is your secret to keeping cheese plants alive? I’ve killed 5 of them 😂
Thank you so much 🥰 I have no idea how it is still alive sometimes as my toddler loves to pull on the leaves all the time 😂 and it definitely needs repotting!!

I'm a plant murderer too, I try everything to keep them healthy, but nothing seems to stay alive in my house 🤷🏽
