- Battlefield 2042 has changed a LOT recently, and today was a new patch. The classes have improved the game in my opinion, let's play with the buffed MTAR too! Leave a LIKE and a comment, thanks for watching.

Nice comment! Positive vibes allover since the update, the general opinion about 2042 really does have changed! Hoping DICE keeps supporting the game throughout it's lifecycle up untill the next installment. Most fun i've had since the BF4 days!

This map is particularly 'battlefield'. Great cover, close objectives but spaced enough to separate fights, bit of destruction, vehicles. Classic map.
Yeah, Exposure and Spearhead do feel how we like our BF's!

@@shapeshifter-theamorphousg3264 i dont like expure that much icl they tried to make a "mountain" map but it didnt work out IMO the landscape is too steep, Monte grappa in bf1 is the better mountain map IMO
@@dova238 Monte Grappa was a cool map for sure! Dunno if you were around in the BF3 days, but Alborz Mountain was the ultimate mountain map for me! Exposure kind of reminded me of that time in a way

Classes have definitely brought back that beautiful teamwork and structure back to Battlefield
I’m loving it... I got like 4 -5 ppl running to repair me in the tank more often then not lol
I was having the most fun on the game when they had Rush XL in portal! They should definitely make it a regular game mode. It’s pure chaos, and really brings the maps together as well.
check portal, there are always at least 2 full rush XL servers
the only problem i felt with rush xl is that you can barely win when you attack

they did mention a while ago that they will continue support after the 4 seasons that was confirmed before launch
I doubt it tbh. It will have to do with the player count. If not enough people come back at the end of season 4, they will most likely finish it at season 5 and stop it there. I really do hope they continue to support it beyond season 5 but the way how it is looking, it is likely for the, to end it by season 5 and just move on to the next project.
Been playing 2042 the past few days. It's come a long way since launch. Highly recommend to anyone reading this.

Agreed, Im more of a bc2, bf4 and bf1 fanboy but 2042 atm is a night and day difference compared to its state at launch , imo its on par with lesser titles like Hardline and BFV , everyone should definitely give it a retry.
It’s a good game now. The only complaint I have is controller aim still feels a bit wierd, but it’s much better then before. Now they just need a couple more maps and it’s great

The game is in a lot better place with the map changes and updates to improve the overall feel of the game, it's just the lack of actual maps which is letting it down, especially when you compare it to previous titles.

I’ve been playing since beta, rn is the first time in this games life cycle where I felt a battlefield feeling while playing. I think s4 is going to bring a lot and the devs are killing it

Just started playing a week ago and was expecting the worst but was pleasantly surprised how well everyone was working together and playing like the bf3/4 days.

I've been playing actively since December and the teamwork was there already with the exception of repairing. Made sense though since using a repair tool meant you had to give up a slot. The biggest negative I've seen after the change is no one wants to run support anymore so there's no ammo crates anywhere now.

Aw yeah, that the Caspian Border checkpoint i remember. And yes their always snipers on those rocks.
Bought at launch for ps4 and didn’t enjoy it much. After I got a couple pS5s this past November I’ve been playing BF almost daily and I love it now.
I've been playing daily since early access much has improved I recommend it now to anyone who wants to try something other than COD

Gosh, Caspian Border is just such a good map. So is Arica Harbour. Don't know if it's just nostalgia or if they're generally designed super well. I think it's the latter.

Finally able to play BF2042 after getting a new PSU, and I haven’t had this much fun playing battlefield in a long ass time. So happy they brought back the original class system, definitely feels like OG battlefield again. And portal just feels incredible. Over the moon about it honestly
