This is a 52" Hunter Victorian ceiling fan in the Verde finish shown with Walnut finished blades and it’s original light kit. The model number is 21133 and the fan is dated to have been manufactured in the 4th quarter of 1995. The fan features your typical 3-speed operation and offers blades that reverse from the Walnut finish shown to an Oak finish.
This fan is a bit of a rare oddball from Hunter with only a few of these ever surfacing for sale or spotted in general. Essentially, this fan is just a mixture of parts from other Hunter fan models and was most likely sold as an exclusive model through a chain of hardware stores, I believe Service Merchandise to be specific. At it's core, this fan is nothing more than a 5-bladed version of the Designer's Choice in Verde, that included a "Victorian" light kit, which was a light kit option Hunter was already offering at the time, but in other finishes. The model name Victorian was found by plugging in the model number into Hunter's warranty database. While it's a suiting name given the grossly ornate detailing I could also see how there'd be confusion given the popularity of Casablanca's model which shares the same name. By the late 80's the Designer's Choice had been discontinued which leads me to believe this is a classic case of a fan company recycling leftover parts to use for a new model. By the mid 90's, recycling/combining parts from several different fan models became a staple of Hunter's practices, an effort to market and offer several hardware store chains their chance to carry an “exclusive Hunter ceiling fan”. This particular fan being a perfect and rare example of that.
Overall the performance is about what you'd expect from an average 90's Hunter; good but nothing over the top or as powerful as an Original. Aside from some minor wobble on high speed and slight motor hum, the fan operates great.
