I needed to see this. Thank you. One of my biggest issues I struggle with is spending so much of my free time watching UA-cam. Other things like reading or language learning get pushed to the back and often skipped. I've recognized I have a problem, and your video is another reminder I have to be more mindful of how valuable my time is.

Agree 100%. I like to watch learning videos about health and healthy cooking, and also videos natural medicine videos. I've got a few people , including functional doctors, holistic recipes from people who have been into this for a very long time. I also, follow holistic vets to get healthy dog food recipes and natural medicines for my two dogs. I've learned soooo much over the last 4 years. Take notes, buy books and study as if you were literally taking a course in school. Yes my young brother "time is precious and priceless!" Thank you for sharing 🌹
