Could you do the United Celtic Republics of the Atlantic Arc? With Scotland, Wales, The Island of Man, Ireland (all ireland), Cornwall, Galicia, Brittany, Asturias and the shires of El Bierzo, Ancares, La Babia, Luna, Omaña, in the north of Leon.... and also some colonies.... in Florida (because the explorer who discoveres Florida was asturian), Belice (there was a colony of scots there), Terranova and parts of Quebec (That lands were discovered by a britton) and some islands in the caribbean where a lot of asturian and galician people emigrated, like Cuba or Puerto Rico.
