      Fruits are healthy when eaten
      Fruits are not so healthy when taken as a juice.

      No,added sugar is the main culprit.eat and enjoy everything natural like fruits and honey. Rice and jaggery should be had in moderation.
      Let's it get confused between sugar and carbohydrates.hope this helps.

    I stopped Sugar from just yesterday... though I am not a daibetic.. hope for the best results.

      Jaggery is a better option as compared to white sugar but it does not mean it is absolutely healthy . eating small quantities is important.

      Jaggery/Bellam has a lower Glycemic index compared to White Sugar. So it is better. But it is important to have original and chemical free jaggery and remember not to over use Bellam also.
