I stopped Sugar from just yesterday... though I am not a daibetic.. hope for the best results. Sir, please tell about Coffee and Tea if they are taken only once in a day is it okay ? Or we need to avoid them completely ?
Jaggery/Bellam has a lower Glycemic index compared to White Sugar. So it is better. But it is important to have original and chemical free jaggery and remember not to over use Bellam also.
