Thanks for the great review! If the transmitter(Tx) and Receiver(Rx) are connected, it records audio directly to the camera/video right? But is it still can record backup audio non stop if the Tx and Rx connected? Because i usually hit record button (on camera) on and off during an event but I didn't want to miss any of the entire audio(speech) when I didn't hit record on camera.. Does it can still record audio backup for straight 5hours (if the Rx are connected on camera and doesn't hit record on camera) ?
Yes so if you select record on the bodypack/transmitter it will keep going regardless of if you have the transmitter going. Also the transmitter keeps sending to the receiver/camera regardless of the recording on the transmitter. I haven’t tested the recording length on the transmitter but presumably if you have a bigger sd card ( 32gb should do) you can record the whole length of the battery life which is roughly 7 hours.
