సార్ నేను చైన్ తో ఒక ల్యాండ్ సర్వే చేసి Ac: 3-1825 gts గా దృవీకరించాను. Same time లో ఇదే land TS తో కూడ సర్వే చేశారు. వారు ac: 3-1826 gts గా దృవీకరించారు. చైన్ తో కూడ కచితత్వంతో ఏరియా వచ్చింది.
వస్తుంది సార్. చైన్ సర్వే లో ట్రిగినమెట్రి సూత్రం వాడతారు.

భూమి సర్వే చేసే సమయంలో, ప్రభుత్వంలో పని చేసే సర్వేయర్ లు (రైతులకు అంటే) బీద రైతులకు భూముల సర్వే లో జరిగే తప్పుల వలన తెలంగాణాలో ఒక ఎకరానికి గుంట భూమి తక్కువ వచ్చినా, లేదా ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ లో ఎకరానికి ఐదు సెంట్లు తక్కువ వచ్చినా అంటే 95 సెంట్లను, వంద సెంట్లు గా పరగణించాలి అంటారు. అయితే పక్కన ఉన్న పెద్ద రైతులు, భూ స్వాములు బీద రైతు భూమిని ఆక్రమించి, హద్దు రాళ్ళు తీసి పక్కకు జరుపుతున్నారు. అయితే బీదరైతు భూమి భూ స్వామి భూమిలో ఉందని తెలిసినా సర్వే ఆపివేసి, బీద రైతుకి ఐదు సెంట్లు తగ్గినా ఎకరానికి సమానం అని భూమి సర్వే చేయకుండా చేసినట్టు పంచనామా వ్రాసి భూమి తగ్గి నా చూపించకుండా బీదరైతుతో నా భూమి నాకు ఉంది అని సంతకం చేయించుకుని వెళుతున్నారు.
