If you like Day6, I have to recommend Xdinary Heroes. They’re kinda their juniors and they make amazing rock music. A song that I would recommend first is Strawberry Cake for a hard hitting song and then Good Enough for one of my favorite rock ballads in history. And I don’t know if you checked out Ateez’s junior group Xikers, but they have incredible music as well.

I'm not sure if anyone's recommended this yet but I HIGHLY recommend some of TXT's songs: Deja Vu, especially the Anemoia remix, Lovesong, and Loser Lover are more emo pop-rock (three of my fav songs from them), Quarter Life and Eyes is also really good and HIGHLY recommended. Alright, I'm caving. I have to comment, and I have to give my recommendation. Monsta X. Monsta X all day. Okay, let me begin another way, lol. I just love this journey you're taking and how much you're willing to explore! It's honestly really exciting to see someone go through their kpop discovery, lol. I say this in complete seriousness because I still remember my discovery years, even if they were over a decade ago. XD Seeing you lean so heavy toward Ateez, and considering the Stray Kids recs you explored, Monsta X is honestly just the next plausible step (I'm doing my best to remain unbiased here, believe me, hahaha). They're considered the hyungs, or big brothers, of those groups. Not only did Monsta X essentially pioneer the sound that Ateez and Stray Kids built their foundations upon, but they're looked up to by both groups (you can find reactions and mentions of Monsta X from both groups on the net). And Monsta X are honestly the best freakin' hyungs you could ask for. They're encouraging and supportive and straightforward and amazing examples of professionalism. And hilarious. Absolutely hilarious. They also debuted the same time as Seventeen, and remain great friends with them as well. The members are Shownu, Minhyuk, Kihyun, Hyungwon, Joohoney, I.M, and formerly Wonho. Their sound has absolutely evolved throughout the years, mostly because they've become more and more self-produced as time goes on, which, honestly, fuck yeah! Major kudos! And I'm sure another Monbebe can go into the details of the group's self-producers better than I can (though I will tell you it's mostly the maknae line - Hyungwon, Joohoney, I.M). And yet, even with that progression in their sound, they've always retained this quality that's hard to articulate. A sound that pretty much always identifies a song as a Monsta X banger. They started with a primarily hip-hop sound (for kpop, that is), but have elements of rock, trap, pop, EDM, R&B, drill, and more. The single unifying descriptor I could give their sound is: intense. I feel like all Monbebes can agree with that. No matter how they reinvent themselves with different releases, they always have a distinctively *intense* sound that gets you moving one way or another. It's evident in their title tracks, sure, but honestly? Their B-sides are what make them iconic. On another note, I might be showing my bias here, but I can honestly say that the Monsta X rapline is unlike anything you've ever witnessed. Joohoney and I.M can hold their own in any arena. But ALSO, and probably more importantly, what makes them the best rap duo I've ever seen in kpop is not their individual talents, but how well they play off of and compliment each other. They have vastly different styles, and yet converge at the best places, feeding off each other and elevating each other. I *literally* have never seen anything like it elsewhere in kpop. These two were meant to perform together, that's all I can say. Their dynamic brings Monsta X songs to another level. I feel like I will write you a whole other essay if I get into their vocalists and I'm starting to tire already, so sorry! But I'm just going to leave you with this: Kihyun puts the K in Kpop. Not even joking, hahah. You'll see what I mean. And man, I have sooooooo many song recommendations but I feel like that may need to be another comment only if A) I find the energy to do so (which, considering it's promoting the bestest boys I know, I probably will) and B) you're not entirely put off by this absolute fucking BLOCK of text, lol. I know this comment didn't give you many details but I mostly just wanted to express how I felt about this group. I hope you're interested in more! Side note, as someone who has been going to all kinds of concerts for about 20 years now, Monsta X remains the best live performance I've ever witnessed. Their energy and fan engagement is unreal. I think you will like these: -Jindo arirang (prequel) from A C.E, such an underrated group, they're really talented, all their discography is good -All discography of Forestella, they're not proper kpop but I 'm obsessed, you will thank me! You can start with White night or save our lives -Karma from Kingdom (the group, not the show), all their songs are bops, pop infused with classical music - "I'll be your man" cover from stray kids in kingdom, I swear this is the most epic performance I saw!! first of all, i wanna be your friend so much. very similar taste with mine, gotta say (atiny ult with undying love for seventeen). on that note, here it goes some of my recs: saw your first video as well and thought you'd like sejeong's top or cliff music and mv (it's similar to bibi's animal farm but with it's own flair). for the baseline lover you are, you will love sf9's now or never and the boys's watch it. ace's goblin (favorite boys) is very good too and the mv is stunning. i'd also recomend tricky house by xikers, they're under the same label as ateez and the song is just pure fun. and for a little personal rec, itzy's untouchable and mr. vampire, both songs are very different from each other, but they are just so fun. i think you would like some of txt's music as well. oh, and also, 4 walls by f(x) is a must-listen, it is very fresh and elegant.

I would love to recommend Veni Vedi Veci by Cravity because it's one of my fav instrumental in a kpop song(i hardly paid attention to the background instrument, always listen to the vocals and melody more but yeah it's definitely a guitar haha). And Onewe - Rain to be, Day6 - Time of our life, Riize - get a guitar. If you love good vocals then (you seem to) i recommend EXO songs like Love me right(recommendinh this because of the instrumental), Tempo too and if you want ballad EXO got that!!!(My ult is EXO so pls excuse me lol) So i recommend Miracle in December, for life , sing for you, Light out, been through,lady luck, also EXO acoustic session (highly recommended). i don't know if you've listened to them already, but i think war of hormone by bts (pretty underrated song from them honestly) and very nice by seventeen might be up your alley. you might enjoy brought the heat back and sweet venom by enhypen too. txt has some pretty good songs, i'd check out loser lover and sugar rush ride if you haven't heard them already. i didn't think you'd like stray kids, much less case 143, but since you like rock you should listen to the rock version of lalalala. i only stan 3 groups: enhypen, stray kids, and ateez, but i don't i need to recommend ateez songs lol you have great taste btw.

Alright, I'm caving. I have to comment, and I have to give my recommendation. Monsta X. Monsta X all day.
Okay, let me begin another way, lol. I just love this journey you're taking and how much you're willing to explore! It's honestly really exciting to see someone go through their kpop discovery, lol. I say this in complete seriousness because I still remember my discovery years, even if they were over a decade ago. XD
Seeing you lean so heavy toward Ateez, and considering the Stray Kids recs you explored, Monsta X is honestly just the next plausible step (I'm doing my best to remain unbiased here, believe me, hahaha). They're considered the hyungs, or big brothers, of those groups. Not only did Monsta X essentially pioneer the sound that Ateez and Stray Kids built their foundations upon, but they're looked up to by both groups (you can find reactions and mentions of Monsta X from both groups on the net). And Monsta X are honestly the best freakin' hyungs you could ask for. They're encouraging and supportive and straightforward and amazing examples of professionalism. And hilarious. Absolutely hilarious. They also debuted the same time as Seventeen, and remain great friends with them as well. The members are Shownu, Minhyuk, Kihyun, Hyungwon, Joohoney, I.M, and formerly Wonho.
Their sound has absolutely evolved throughout the years, mostly because they've become more and more self-produced as time goes on, which, honestly, fuck yeah! Major kudos! And I'm sure another Monbebe can go into the details of the group's self-producers better than I can (though I will tell you it's mostly the maknae line - Hyungwon, Joohoney, I.M). And yet, even with that progression in their sound, they've always retained this quality that's hard to articulate. A sound that pretty much always identifies a song as a Monsta X banger. They started with a primarily hip-hop sound (for kpop, that is), but have elements of rock, trap, pop, EDM, R&B, drill, and more. The single unifying descriptor I could give their sound is: intense. I feel like all Monbebes can agree with that. No matter how they reinvent themselves with different releases, they always have a distinctively *intense* sound that gets you moving one way or another. It's evident in their title tracks, sure, but honestly? Their B-sides are what make them iconic.
On another note, I might be showing my bias here, but I can honestly say that the Monsta X rapline is unlike anything you've ever witnessed. Joohoney and I.M can hold their own in any arena. But ALSO, and probably more importantly, what makes them the best rap duo I've ever seen in kpop is not their individual talents, but how well they play off of and compliment each other. They have vastly different styles, and yet converge at the best places, feeding off each other and elevating each other. I *literally* have never seen anything like it elsewhere in kpop. These two were meant to perform together, that's all I can say. Their dynamic brings Monsta X songs to another level.
I feel like I will write you a whole other essay if I get into their vocalists and I'm starting to tire already, so sorry! But I'm just going to leave you with this: Kihyun puts the K in Kpop. Not even joking, hahah. You'll see what I mean. And man, I have sooooooo many song recommendations but I feel like that may need to be another comment only if A) I find the energy to do so (which, considering it's promoting the bestest boys I know, I probably will) and B) you're not entirely put off by this absolute fucking BLOCK of text, lol. I know this comment didn't give you many details but I mostly just wanted to express how I felt about this group. I hope you're interested in more!
Side note, as someone who has been going to all kinds of concerts for about 20 years now, Monsta X remains the best live performance I've ever witnessed. Their energy and fan engagement is unreal. Hoping you enjoy them as much as I have.

-Jindo arirang (prequel) from A C.E, such an underrated group, they're really talented, all their discography is good
-All discography of Forestella, they're not proper kpop but I 'm obsessed, you will thank me! You can start with White night or save our lives
-Karma from Kingdom (the group, not the show), all their songs are bops, pop infused with classical music
- "I'll be your man" cover from stray kids in kingdom, I swear this is the most epic performance I saw!!

Fallin' Flower by Seventeen is a piece of art!
first of all, i wanna be your friend so much. very similar taste with mine, gotta say (atiny ult with undying love for seventeen). on that note, here it goes some of my recs: saw your first video as well and thought you'd like sejeong's top or cliff music and mv (it's similar to bibi's animal farm but with it's own flair). for the baseline lover you are, you will love sf9's now or never and the boys's watch it. ace's goblin (favorite boys) is very good too and the mv is stunning. i'd also recomend tricky house by xikers, they're under the same label as ateez and the song is just pure fun. and for a little personal rec, itzy's untouchable and mr. vampire, both songs are very different from each other, but they are just so fun. i think you would like some of txt's music as well. oh, and also, 4 walls by f(x) is a must-listen, it is very fresh and elegant.
Okay, so if you love BIBI you should def check out YEZI (I think you'll like mimew & ACACIA)!
