I don't care what haters say, I need more k-pop in Just Dance again. The problem wasn't the amount of songs, since we mostly had 4 per year which isn't a lot, but rather the fact that all of the k-pop songs had to have an alt.
Music packs are the perfect solution for every fan: Ubisoft could still add 4/5 k-pop songs every year through music packs, but they wouldn't count in the main songlist so that haters can't say that they "steal" spots for other songs. And we could also finally stop having easier alts for them and having only one map with the official choreography, since those packs would obviously be made mostly for k-pop fans who want to dance to the official choreos.
Anyways, we still need a lot of iconic k-pop groups in the game!! Considering the most popular ones, I hope that TXT, IVE and LE SSERAFIM will be added soon, but I'd love to see another songs from aespa, ITZY or Red Velvet added into the game. I also can't believe that Stray Kids still didn't got into the game... I'm not a big fan of their music, but they're undoubtedly the most popular k-pop group nowadays, after Blackpink and BTS.
OMGD YES! i was talking with some people and creating k-pop music packs would be SOOO MUCH better, and i need some kpop songs on Just Dance that i really love, like Drama or CRAZY and even that i don't hear alot i would LOVE to see Stray Kids in the next edition, since is the most requested boy Group to enter in Just Dance

I believe South Korea has more girl groups and boy bands than girl groups/boy bands from the USA (Fifth Harmony, *NSYNC, The Pussycat Dolls, Backstreet Boys, School Gyrls, New Kids on The Block, Vcha…), UK (Little Mix, One Direction, The Spice Girls, The Wanted…) , and Australia COMBINED.) and in addition to the above South Korean groups (ESPECIALLY TXT!!!🤩), I want any NewJeans song, Cupid by FiftyFifty, and Magnetic by Illit to get added SOO badly! And I also hope Hip by Mamamoo gets out of beta prison one day…

My personal winner is 2021, it had so much variety and the maps looked absolutely stunning, also the fact that we got 2 K-Pop songs in one season was so unexpected but I was so happy about it 🫶🏼❤️

We all know YGE must've had some sort of deal going with Just Dance, probably because they got in there first thanks to Psy's viral Gangnam Style. Because the selection was very heavily YGE, JYPE and SME only had a handful, and BTS got added surprisingly late. Shocked they picked songs like Dynamite and Boy with Love over Mic Drop of Fake love
I hope Juat dance can include some 4th generation and 5th generation grps! Like STRAY KIDS, illlit, new jeans, Enhypen, TXT

If I were to rank them from Favorite to Least Favorite:
1. Wannabe (Itzy) (Best one in the game so far, I just wish that there was a language selection so I can listen to the English version while dancing to it because I’m used to hearing the English version and not the Korean version)
2. Black Mamba (aespa) (I Loved Learning this one and it helped me learn how to do the floor move easier)
3. Say my Name (Ateez) (After Learning the Dance, I had fun with it, this was one Extreme ++ song I can do)
4. More (K/DA) (This one is my favorite K/DA Map out of all of the others)
5. Drum go Dum (K/DA) (This was the first ever extreme I learned, and it’s still memorable to me for that reason)
6. How you Like That (Blackpink) (I love the design of the map and the choreo is fun too)
7. Feel Special - Extreme (Twice) (This one is my favorite JD 2021 Extreme, it’s the official choreo)
8. Pop/Stars (K/DA) (Honestly, my least favorite K/DA map, but it’s still good)
9. Boombayah (Blackpink) (I wasn’t a big fan of Boombayah, but the choreo is fun and I love the costumes)
10. Jopping (SuperM) (Another Extreme ++ Song I can do, I just sometimes forget the choreo to it. It’s a good map too)
11. Monster (EXO) (Best easier version, even though there’s only one, in the series. I do love how it kept the iconic moves from the official choreo)
12. DDU-DU DDU-DU (Blackpink) (Pretty much in second place for best non-extreme K-Pop map)
13. Bang Bang Bang (Big Bang) (This was the first K-Pop map I really got excited for. And I still love it as of now)
14. I am the Best (2NE1) (The most wanted song in Just Dance from what I saw, and it slays as of now, in my top 3 best non extreme K-Pop maps)
15. Kick it (NCT 127) (Another non-extreme K-pop map I enjoy and best normal version K-Pop map in JD 2021)
16. Come Back Home (2NE1) (Still a fun dance and map, but I am the Best is still more superior to me)
17. Bubble Pop (HyunA) (Out of all the non-official choreo dances, this one is my favorite out of them all)
18. Boy With Luv (BTS) (This one is my favorite BTS map in the game, and it’s also memorable to me since it was the first official full K-pop dance I learned before it got in the game)
19. Dynamite (BTS) (I do like this one too, the choreo is very fun to dance to and it made me start to follow all coaches)
20. Seven (Jungkook) (Honestly, I was shocked that this got in the game so quickly. I still like the map)
21. Butter (BTS) (Honestly my least favorite BTS map since as of now I didn’t learn it yet. I’ll probably change this ranking once I fully learn it)
22. Ice Cream (Blackpink) (It’s a good map, but it’s not my favorite Blackpink song)
23. Feel Special (Twice) (Again, good map. It’s just that I’m used to the extreme version after learning it)
24. Kill This Love (Blackpink) (Well for both versions, not enough official choreo moves for me to enjoy it a lot)
25. Pink Venom (Blackpink) (Again with both versions, I ranked them both lower in this list because imo, Pink Venom is my least favorite Blackpink song, and also why is it the only K-Pop song in the game? We could have also gotten Hip, Supernova, Queencard, Maniac. The map is alright with me, it’s just that I’m mad that it’s the ONLY k-pop map in JD 2025, not counting Sunlight)
26. Fancy (Twice) (Yep as expected, this one is my least favorite K-Pop map in the game. Where is the official choreo in the chorus? This should have gotten an extreme version instead of I Am the Best. This song deserved better)
I don’t want to rank all of them because some of the maps like the PSY maps, the alternate versions of them, or Crayon, because I didn’t dance to those as much. I hope that Just Dance does better K-Pop selections in JD 2026 because the 2025 selection disappointed me with Pink Venom (which I knew was coming). I really really want Queencard, Maniac (or any Stray Kids song will be fine with me), or Supernova in the game, I’ll be so happy if that happens.

The Alternate versions of K-pop maps in JD2022 tend to just be simplified maps for people who don't wish to play the original maps that were earmarked as Extreme by default.

I hope they include Stray Kids next! Literally any of their most popular songs would obviously eat both energy and choreography wise, but if they want songs with easier choreography, skz also has some less rigorous but still energetic songs that would fit the bill perfectly. For example: Get Cool, My Pace, and Awkward Silence are all slightly older songs that are relatively easy to learn while still both conveying a positive message and being catchy as hell!
