Macy's will open its first California 'small-format' store in Santee

An old department store is creating a new shopping experience, and it's launching the first California store right in our backyard.
This week, Macy's announced that it will open a scaled-down store in the Santee Trolley Square.
The closest Macy’s is in La Mesa at Grossmont Center, but now it's responding to store closures and opening smaller stores.

shops are now liabilities that don't have what you can get online. they should just make a warehouse and put an online shop. people steal the product and contaminate it when they wear it and also they will not have as much as an online option. the only reason I seen people wanting people working in an office or have a store front is because they want to feel like people see them as big shots.
