Excellent tutorial. I have been applying way too much pressure when sanding.
Thanks! Keep them coming.
Thanks, Lou good video
Thanks. Very informative. Now I can better maintain my bowling balls.
How many seconds per side with each pad? For example if I wanted my final grit to be 2000, how many seconds on the spinner would you use the 360pad, then the 500pad and finally the 2000pad? And what if I wanted my final grit to be 4000? Do you subscribe to the rule that says each subsequent grit pad should be no more than 4 times the previous grit pad (i.e. 360, 500, 2000, 4000)?
So I'm just learning how to resurface my own bowling ball and if I was to a resurface to a factory 3000 abralon finish would I just work my way up the grits
Got lot of scratches on bowling ball after resurfacing bowling after making a bowling ball resurface machine with the help of my dad. I used 80 grit, 120 and 220 I used the Tru Cut bowling pads I used water but now see a lot of scratches on bowling ball now now wanna get rid of all the scratches and get rid of the hazy look got now what steps do I need to take to do it myself at home.
Hi
I never resurfaced my bowling ball When my ball loses reaction I rejuvenate instead of surface because I have no problems rejuvenate it has no problems I still get really good high scores
that ball was obviously never cleaned by its owner..... resurfacing to get rid of a track and open the pores is great, but that's just dirt and oil ! you can see the first pass was all oil and dirt coming off !
