My Whirlpool dryer was not heating up and only blowing cold air--it certainly wasn't drying our clothes well at all!

It turns out that, after I did a continuity test on this Whirlpool Duet front load dryer, the heating element had broken in the coil, and needed to be replaced. I show how to do that in this video, step by step. This is a cheap and somewhat easy fix for a dryer that is electric (although you'll need to follow these instructions). This does NOT apply to gas dryers!
Be SAFE! Unplug the appliance from the wall before opening up or testing any of it.
