I would love to know if you ever tried this. I'm diabetic, type 2, completely self imposed. Now addicted to sugar, I've found that i can eat this and NOT spike my sugar, despite all the warnings and it's absolute delicious taste! Also, I have IBS and lactose intolerance. HWC and almond milk allows me to feel normal again!
That salted caramel with the melted butter and pecans, you'll have a great butter pecan ice cream.
Just tried Keto Chow for 1st time. Mixed 1 can of coconut milk and 1 packet of CARAMEL MACCHIATO KETO CHOW in blender then added 2 cups of crushed ice. Resulting in a great tasting "milk shake". Thanks for suggesting using a blender vs an ice cream maker.

Wow I'm going to have fun with that! My keto chow Essential Kit just arrived today, I'm so excited. I had a sample package last night at work for my meal . I t was delicious and very very filling. There was no room for snacking and no desire either. So happy . 12 hours later and I'm still not really hungry. That's a good thing, because that is so not me.

Thanks for this tip! I can't have the top off of my ninja when it is running and the little pour spout that I can open up is pretty small, so if I can't find a way to tamper through that, now I know how to make it work with my other blender. Yay!

I just made this ice cream I used chocolate keto It came out great I have a ninja blender.
I made raspberry cheesecake but instead of HWC I used 2 ounces of melted butter and 6 ounces of almond milk. I don’t have a vitamix and my Ninja doesn’t have a tamper. But I made it work with a spatula.it turned out good

Oh my gosh, if I can get this to work with my Ninja, I'm going to eat ice cream every day! It is my favorite food as well, and although I do have an ice cream maker, this is so much faster. I just got my first shipment of Keto Chow and I'm so excited to try this. I need to find a tamper that can fit in the little pour hole of my Ninja because that's the only way I can tamper while it's running. I have another blender that can have its top off while it's running but it probably isn't high speed. I'll come back and comment if I manage to figure this out! @@lotsofus patience is key, it didn't get as smooth as theirs, but I have a suma container and once I put it in that it was okay in the freezer. One thing I've started doing is using Joe Duff's coffee ice cream recipe, and I just make it in a blender instead of the mason jar, because he uses allulose and that keeps the ice cream super smooth for days.

I have all the ingredients including the Vita Mix, except the Keto Chow. OMG now that is a serving!! Better than any of the other ice cream serving sizes. All you need is a drizzle of chocolate sauce and maybe a few nuts as a Turtle Sundae variation. I would like Salted Caramel, Chocolate/Peanut Butter, Eggnog

If anyone has chronic pain try removing anything with Carrageenan. It’s known to increase chronic pain. I have fibro and RA and it makes me hurt bad and feel horrid!

I found that if I put the nut milk in first, I don't lose as much cream... also I put the keto chow in with the milk and cream and use the frother...then I put it in the blender all mixed and add the ice. Perfect, I love this ice cream!!! Thank you!!

Which Vitamix do you have and how high do you blend it on? I have the Ascension and kept it on a 1 and had some ice chunks so I’m assuming I need to turn it up a bit. Do you guys have any recommendations?

Ian having peaches and cream keto chow ice cream. It’s more like a thick milk shake but delicious. I have a Ninja blender that is fairly new to me, but it’s still a nice dinner-treat.
The problem I had was with tampering. I hit the blade a couple of times with the tamper and it chipped off pieces of the tamper into the ice cream. Would it be better to turn off the Vitamix first then tamper or add the ice a little at a time? I know people will say just be more careful and don't tamper so hard.
You could even grind up some cacao nibs (coffee grinder) and sprinkle on top of this! Yum!
Is this blender ice cream as good as what you currently make in the Ninja Creami? I'm considering getting a Creami, but if the blender ice cream is just as good maybe I don't need to.

Oooookaaay. This is a game changer. Made Keto Chow Chocolate Peanut butter blender ice cream. Very tasty. I used a Vita Mix and I still had some ice crunchies. Blend longer? How does the blender technique compare in texture to a regular ice cream maker? How does an ice cream maker compare to the Ninja Creamy?
I had Lemon Meringue! Wasn’t as good as I hoped. I even put a little extra lemon in my ice cream. Still wasn’t as tart as I would’ve liked it. But that’s just me! I think chocolate peanut butter would be a lot better!

a scoop is equal to 1 pouch. The large bags come with a scooper, which is why we say that

To get more of the cream out of the measuring cup and into your recipe, try adding the milk to the measuring cup first, then the cream. Or, spray your measuring device with cooking spray before measuring anything sticky or heavy.

Q: Just got my first order of Keto Chow. Are each of the packets equal to one scoop? Wanted to try some flavors (and see if the sucralose bothers me - usually makes me feel unwell with headache and GI upset) before investing too much. But i want to try flavors as ice cream (came back to this video to see how to make without an ice cream maker), coffee creamer and as a "shake" - each packet is enough for one application or us there enough to divide and sample? TIA
1 Scoop equals 1 packet. Hopefully the pure liquid sucralose used in Keto Chow was okay for you, but they do have a CORE line of shakes that comes in a choice of stevia sweetened or unsweetened so you can add your sweetener of choice. Now that's it's fall, I'm loving the hot soups: Cream of Potato, Cream of Mushroom, Cream of Chicken, Cream of Tomato, to which I add meats, veggies, cheeses, butter, sour cream, etc. 😋

late to answer but I think you could freeze half of it. Just let it sit out on the counter 20-30 minutes and check you can get a spoon through it. My answer was based on my experience with KetoConnect butter pecan ice cream that has pecans, cream and sweetener. So, really different ingredients now that I think about it. If you have a scale to measure out the KC you could probably do half a recipe.
I make ice cream using a blender and using water (if I don't have milk) ice honey sugar and frozen fruit then I put it in the freezer for 1 night

Not sure you will see this since you made this video 2 years ago, but do you know if this freezes well. I would love to make this and have it as a desert when the family has ice cream. Maybe a 1/4 of it at a time.

I assume you can use any protein powder that is keto friendly? Keto chow seems expensive. Tried my first batch, but very liquidy so assume not enough ice
you can use other protein powders but its not quite the same consistency because Keto Chow has Gum Acacia in it. As for expense, Keto chow is 3.50 a meal. Remember, you get 1/3 of all your nutrition, vitamins and electrolytes in Keto Chow. There’s not many complete meals you can get for under $4

yes. we have a video on it. You need to warm the butter up and use a little warm water. Mix it in the blender with the keto chow, then add the ice. If you dont premix, the butter will clump up

Keto chow has sucralose in it Sucralose is a chlorinated sucrose derivative. This means it’s derived from sugar and contains chlorine. Making sucralose is a multistep process
That's correct but it is zero on the glycemic index and does not cause a glucose reaction. We have no problem with sucralose. The amount used in so small, you can't even measure the amount for one batch of keto chow. One drop of a 25% sucralose to water solution is equal to the sweetness of 2 tsp of regular sugar. Also, Allulose is also a type of rare sugar and Erythritol comes from corn.
I'm not sure if the blender I have is a "high speed" blender. I do have a bullet but I don't think those volumes will fit in one. Can I use a regular blender? Or smaller cubes?
You can use a blender so long as you have the ability to tamp down the ice
