Down to Earth Fishing

Well today was another good day for exploring, when the water flows go up or down its like a whole new river. The best way i have found to find fish is to bump around with a jig and it seems to work as long as you can get it down away from the surface. NICE video of high flow fishing! Makes me think I should get the spinning rod out, put a jig on and prospect slow water along the banks and not pass up any feeder creeks. Really enjoyed the video. Make more, please.

Amazing, you caught larger fish on this video, than I have in my lifetime... great job. I'll check your jig making video, although a bit late in my life to try that.

thank you, im sure you'll get a big one some day. It's never to late to try something new most of the fish i catch on jigs is when i slow it down bumming the bottom there looking for leaches and minnows.

How do you manage to catch only trout and no other species

that question can be answered by the division of wild life who have shocked this river and removed all the other species except trout and brown trout and some suckers. there are a few other fish in here but only small amounts of them small mouth walleye larger mouth bass carp and catfish.
