Matt, that was a very good and informative video. I too hunt with only longbows and flintlocks. That was a long shoot for a 62cal. smoothbore. How much powder and shot did you use? Here in PA I have been fortunate enough to take my last 5 gobblers with a smoothbore flintlock, that is much like yours. This year I am going to use a longbow again, or at least try with the longbow. Im running About 140gr of FF and my shot is not exact just running a old end of a cow horn for the shot, The shot is also hand made with the drip into water or oil method.
