I am using words 2013, I have tried using that specific button "repeat header row" and even right click>table properties>selecting the button "repeating header row", and also making sure the TEXTWRAPPING > NONE. All did not work out. Any help?

Make sure you are in a cell in the header row before you go to click the button.

You’ve probably worked this out by now but any others having trouble try turning off text wrapping (in table properties under the “Table” tab, select None”). This worked for me 🤷🏻‍♀️
