Pwedi po ba mag tanong, may penalties din po ba ang psychological damage, at meron po bang unconstitutional jan sa RA 11053?

pwede kung mapapatunayan. supreme court kang ang pwede magdeclare na unconstitutional ang batas. kung walang deklarasyon ang korte suprema constitutional ang batas

Last question po Atty. How about psychological damage like trauma or na undergo torture may penalties po ba, kasi sa RA No.8049 penalize physical injury but psychological damage are not punishable, pano po ba pag may trauma or galing na undergo torture?
