- Being a solo player in Albion Online is very risky if you decide to go to the blackzone. This video will show you what it's like to actually go out in to a full loot zone. Don't believe people when they tell you this is how you have to play this game, or that this is the reason you should play. They're just bored and want to lure new and solo players into their trap so they can take all your loot with no way to actually fight back. It takes HOURS to find other solo players in the black zone to ever get a fair or fun fight.

I have escaped crazy numbers of gankers with a gallant horse, it is genuinely difficult for them to catch you

I would say as a big tip as a solo player mainly I only live in the black zone you make far more then you lose if you move right
This does help newbies out a lot. It shows how risky it is to solo this zone. Making money is important in yellow and blue zones. But most important thing to make for later content? Friends.

4.1 isn't more expensive than 4.0.
4.1 gear withouth food or potion and t3 horse that cost maybe 50k and if you kill 30 mob in the open world you have the money for a new gear.

I hope you can do more extensive coverage on BlackZones!!! like for example, which blackzones are the best to start off (e.g. from Lymhurst, Fort Sterling, etc.) as well as the small little towns (e.g. Merlyn's rest, etc.) and which are the guilds to look out for. I am new and totally clueless the best place to start BZ venture.
there is no "best" bz to start off in, they are mostly the same, I'd say Martlock if you want the most fun, there are lots of noobs there, and random shet happening all the time, so it's pretty fun if you wanna go on some t4 set and fuck around
I got you if you want but the black zones are not safe everyone is out to kill you how to be safe is use good mobile gear and learn zones so you don't end in a dead end it's not impossible to survive a long time I can go multiple days and not die
I like these longer form videos. I tend to listen while doing chores or working.
Would be cool if they found a way around this issue. The biggest part of the game is unplayable without a horde of friends. Thats never fun. I think these zones should have friendly fire on and punish large groups with handicaps or something negative to discourage it. And then have aread for just that, large group pvp... just my take because i dont have friends into hardcore games. 😮

I think it's better if you could also shows us "What it's REALLY LIKE to SOLO in DEEP BLACK ZONE AREAS" because so far I find it to be more safer than those areas near the safe zones. It is also a place where most of the solo players spend their time in the Black Zones especially because on how safe it is to travel back nowadays.
Getting your loot back is the problem.
1 wrong move and you get trapped like a fly bw gankers.
Did they add something new to help with this because I quit this game for exactly that reason.
@@abhilash9918 Idk how long you stopped playing this game but rn you can used "Journey back" to easily go back to the safe zones you previously visited than going back zone to zone. However you still need to wait seconds for it to works which is still a great thing since it doesn't make gankers completely irrelevant although it will encourage them to roam more. Imo going in probably the hardest than going back unless someone in a group spotted you.
@@abhilash9918 So far I only died 9 times in this month although I'm not actually a hardcore player but I can still make a millions in BZ as a solo player.
@@prodigy3148 i stopped playing around winters last year after getting ganked inside a bz map spawned dungeon.
The guy was literally waiting inside.
Also i was getting sht loot after hours of grinding map dungeons and then running around in Paranoia checking corners.

I used to do tier 6, 7 dungeons and loot was absolute garbage after hours of grinding.

it is entertaining and informative thanks man I have an idea now that a kit which is a little level lower can kill higher tier kits as long as you have the right preparation. I can device a better strategy now for black zones. It is also hilarious and fun watching you lmao

It's nice your showing the harsh truth of the black zones, so many UA-camrs are always on about how simple it is to solo in it when it's really not also most if not all pvp oriented Albion UA-camrs do it in the mists

Hi, the thing about the furniture placed random in black and red zones is that when people die and u put a furniture on their body, nobody can loot that. So there are many ppl that go in random ZVZ s and wait for people to die to place the furniture on their bodies. So yeah i hope that u understand what i said. Nice video btw very entertaining, have fun my guy.
SwoleBenji, do you have a PvE build among the arcane staffs after the rework? I'm just using your usual specter hood, druid robe, and royal sandals plus the witchwork staff, cryptcandle, and thetford cape, but not sure if i chose the right arcane staff

This vid pretty much sums up my blackzone experience in this game, except I was dumb and bought T5 , thinking I'll stand a chance. But nope, all zergs, chasing over half the map to get my loot. Even when I downgraded to T4! :P Never leaving my DEER yellow zone again.
lol dude, use the invisibility shrine. if you see someone go try to gather rough logs outta sight of them. free invisibility to scout em and you only gotta wait like 10 seconds to fight em after you gather

SwoleBenji, what should a solo player do in these times of zergfest gank squads. I love the game but its challenging to see the swarms of flies that chase me to my death.

Benji you made a mistake in 12:01 you need to use you boots first and then use invisible potion not the other way around, if you use any abilities after invis potion it will not work
I was dead anyway I was just chugging the potion so they couldn't have a free 11k.

BZ pvp is just for groups
if u solo ull either get ganked by a clan of 10 or get invited to group by someone and they instantly leave group after baiting u into other players

Ive never been on a Blckzone but I might try this one for the first time. Im afraid to lose my progress but it actually looks fun do try. How to you purchase item so quickly?
I can tell you how I've been playing black zones. I've been going to the side black zones that most never bother with and usually hug the walls or corner of maps. People usually don't go there when you bring gear less than 60k, most don't try. Just stay next to your mount to run away. Then I farm npcs/go into dungeons for money and looking for jp items in chests.
That said, I am not filthy rich, I just started a week ago and I have 1m items in my bank and 300k cash on me. With one kill to my name...which I didn't actually kill him, I just found him downed and execution him LOL

This is what solo people like us have been to low budget kill by gang always no fair fight at all even by luck we did they will still find us and give us nightmare for an hour
I still find it funny that many players in en chat are staunch that you are teaching people a terrible way of playing, yet out of every 10 times I roam bz I die 3 to 5-10 groups. As a solo there is no way of winning in bz or roads.
They just want more newbies to farm like in the old days.
You just need more experience, after a while you can learn how to avoid gankers and earn money/fame. Most of the game and fun stuff is full loot PvP, it's just a big learning curve. I hope you guys can find some fun in it!

man you have to grab that invis to get through the first and half of the second zone. then blobs are pretty rare even the nine or less group gankers are rare. i do find it surprising how 20+ people can just wait at the tunnel areas all day, how tf is there profit in that?
I didn't grab invis for the "adventure" aspect. Watching me move through a few zones invisible on a donkey seemed boring to watch.
also these dudes even less profit from the gears that break.

benji i got lucky cause i just pick a cub in yellow zone i think some one didnt pick it up, and the next thing i did is to go red zone (sabertooth) just now... then i saw a red name in the side so i give him benji hug then when im in the middle 6 people attack me and i dead, the question is why did they attack with a 4.1 build they sucks i just lost 120k and im sad as a begginer. my laptop lag so i dead.T_T

depends how far away you are from home. and you cannot teleport if you're overweight. for me it was mostly 5k .. 10k
