- Slightly modifying this leaf blowers muffler / exhaust. I enjoy tinkering with equipment to try and squeeze out a bit more performance and also hopefully prolong the engine life. This sort of thing isn't for everyone. We also don't have spark arrestors fitted to our models here in the UK, it may differ where you are.

You will still be governed by what i presume is a limited coil on these newer blowers, but the throttle response and general running of it has greatly improved as well as the initial ease of starting it. If anyone knows of a non limited coil for these, please let me know 👍
This looks identical to the SH56. There doesn’t seem to be any spark arrestor that could get clogged?
Its a better unit than the sh56, we dont usually get too many spark arrestors on our mufflers here in the uk
Would a drill bit do the job? Think I would be dangerous if I bought a dremel 😂 to many questions, would this be the same mod on br700?? Thanks in advance
quite hard with just a drill bit, but doable. Not sure on the br700 exhaust. when i get the time i will look at my br600 and see what its like.

How about making a muffler to reduce the noise.. the BLOKES using them won't be able to hear shit when they get older.. 😳

We want to hear it without the muffler 😂
