I think it depends on the coach and how they train their players. I played in highschool and club and my coaches had us weight train on a collegiate level. We all hated how bulky our shoulders and arms were then lol. You can see the difference in Gigi’s build vs. Bella’s she’s a lot broader on the top and that’s because of how she trained. I envied the girls who hit like dudes but looked like ballerina’s lol 😂
