its a Chuck E. from 1981. helen has fully blue irises, chuck does not.

How exactly do the eye movements work? It’s hard to see how they switch from left to right
There is metal piece connected to the eye lid which, when air blows, goes up, causing the eyelid to be pushed to the other side of the eye
