This vid was really helpful thank you. What you can also do is have one heavy spring, one thinner spring on the gas pedal, and do the same on the brake pedal so their stiffness is even for both. 👌
I know its a old video but for the people with ajust gears issue, first you must to screw correctly the sensor right to the gear, screw it correctly bcause is moving with the years( the degree of the sensor afect your gear),after that you can select the gear, make test before to screw everything and dnt forget that the black panel push your pedals when you put it. with the sensor in the good position my gear was 3 for brake and 4 for accelerate.work 100% but test must be done. My english sux sorry.
@@LtLXIX unfortunately no. I would recommend you to send a email to Thrustmaster asking for, because there is a lot of contradictory information. Good luck and if you you get any info please tell me.

You can remove the pedals with 2 screws then slip the cover over the pedal shafts
Good job 👍👍

@@ricardocarvalho850 I got it. It’s the third groove for both pedals
@@LtLXIX thank you so much bro. you saved me 3 hours of my life
@@Madewww no problem. Haha.
I can't even get the bottom to open lol scared I might break something if I pull hard enough to open it
There's a screw hidden behind cord on bottom
The brake pedal is meant to be stiff so it is more realistic
Mine was really way too stiff. I needed a 20 pound weight to prevent it from moving. Much stiffer than any real car I've driven.
My brake pedal fine it’s just not working
How did you get the brake pedal to work.
@@starrconkleton4287 my thrust master t80 brake pedal don’t work I need help
Just in case this helps someone. You can unscrew the pedals from the arm (I have done this) to take the top part out.
