One of the best trip reports I have seen around. Thorough and detailed descriptions throughout making the trip very pleasant and informative. Many thanks for an excellent production.
Not really, it is extremely outdated. The carpet in the entire airport hasn’t been washed or cleaned from ages. There was one room where it was. In that room, it was bright and had a totally different color. The rest of the carpet is black now and the patterns and designs on the carpet have disappeared. There’s no quality AC inside. I was feeling so sticky and yuck inside since there are so many people so they need to have better functioning ventilation system. Bathrooms were shocking. They were like bathrooms of sarkari offices with broken tiles and outdated sinks and uncleanliness. The infinite security checks, first at the airport where someone checks your ticket and passport (no airports around the world for say in US Europe Canada or Dubai has that). Anyone can enter with their family. Then you proceed for bag check and boarding passes, the space is small and huge lines of passengers with poor lighting and ofcourse poor ventilation…then you go through security where the ill-mannered officers harass you…I have unrestricted access to Canada but yet harrassed by the officers asking me details about why I am gng to Canada, what do i do there for work, etc. It’s none of your business if I have the passport of the country (Canada). You should only be checking if I’m eligible to enter the country where I’m gng to. Then you proceed through security gates and the containers are so small that you can’t put your laptop or any bag so just have to leave them like that on the belt and whatever containers there are, are not organized so people are cutting you and the lines and interrupting the flow to try to get containers placed here and there with obviously congested space, then another officer stamps your boarding pass (not done anywhere). WiFi makes you find a kiosk and take a ticket whereas it’s just direct and free in other airports…..when I landed at delhi, the mess around runways with slums around and dilapidated buildings and burned buses and cars with trash right across the runway…at least clean up the area around the airport…roads to departure area are nice and clean though unnecessary honking and poor traffic habits are annoying, got into the parking of the airport where people definitely didnt give a shit about parking within the lines in an organized way….roads from the arrival area are just bad and messy with dust everywhere….harrassed by taxi drivers consistently even when I said no, the other one has fingers in his nose, the third one is standing out there with his hands in his pants scratching his butthole with expressions that I can’t describe and then two Indian ladies arguing over a place to get bags….terrible experience, obviously terrible management…Bengaluru’s new airport is stunning!
I absolutely love your videos, you are the only one who details the plane types and destinations. That being said, the 'clouds' in Delhi when you left looked smog to me.

Air India is reformulating its entire produc in other to get a better marketing position.This cabin is the old one, they have a new business class cabin.The new A350 cabin is just gorgeous, let's wait and see if they will be able to deliver everything they're promising in the next year or so

I really enjoyed this flight a lot! I was really happy to have accepted that upgrade offer. Depends on the quality of the pijamas. In this case I was surprised about how good it's. I kept it and I'm using it on a regular basis at home :) Glad that you liked this video!

Nice Flight report! Never been through Delhi airport. Only Mumbai, Bengaluru airports. Rarely flew with Air India, as there is no Air India flight from here in Brussels.
As usual .. a very enjoyable video. I noticed that you are using an Iphone now instead of the Samsung. Which do you prefer for your videos? Do you think the Iphone is better for your purpose of vlogging?
It is not because I prefer iPhone, it's beacuse Samsung destroyed the best camera on phone since the S23Ultra with a terrible software that makes everything look awful.

Almost looked like a professional job - Very thorough. you sure could ask AI to reimburse for trip expenses BUT don't try this with Delta (your prior long haul trip) -:)
You were double lucky! First the business class upgrade. Travel in style; you deserve it And secondly of course the other plane in the air. There are a lot of planes in the air, but still you have to look outside the window (and film in your case).

Nice video! I see you have switched from Samsung to Iphone 15 . Is it better compared to the Samsung? We flew with Air India last year in economy. The crew was supernice and attentive and the food tasteful Unfortunately they still had some issues with the hardware like a seat not reclining and no working IFE system but I know they are working hard to get the aircrafts improved
I must say I didn't have a better phone than my S21Ultra. That being said, the amount of battery cycles was already too big... and the new cameras on other phones are improving every year... so an upgrade was needed. The S23Ultra was my first option and I just recorded 1 full video with it. It's the worst camera/software I've ever seen. Completely unrealistic and filtered colors. A terrible phone for me. So I switched to the 15ProMax, just because of the cameras. The S24Ultra apparently has good colors again... but since they don't have the x10 optical zoom anymore... there's no reason for me to go back to Samsung when I'm satisfied with the iPhone cameras at the moment.

You can make a trip to India, if you want to visit a Himalayas like Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand ,Jammu and kashmir,ladakh , sikkh and arrunachal pradesh. They are all himalayan states and way to beautiful, many foreign tourists came there.

Hello sir Namskar .you make a very informative video but Sir, there was only one shortcoming in the video. You did not show the maximum speed of the plane.
The only time I flew business class was on LATAM's Dreamliner. The seats were very similar but the upholstery was a bit dull and the seats did not recline all the way.
Air India is undergoing huge transformation. I hope you come back soon and fly on new Air India Flights and enjoy the experience. I wish and hope you fly the business and first class in all your future travels 🤩
One of the simplest looking terminal need to change their designs. Look at the Mumbai International teminal, one of the best looking airport terminal, I guess.
I agree. Mumbai airport looks amazing, but for what I've seen Bengaluru looks the same or even more amazing! I'm really looking forward to visiting it! :)

It was fog at this time of the year. Delhi experiences smog during November mostly.
Yes, many times there's smog over Delhi... but in this case it was fog, acutally, very dense fog.

The crew was supernice and attentive and the food tasteful Unfortunately they still had some issues with the hardware like a seat not reclining and no working IFE system but I know they are working hard to get the aircrafts improved
I must say I didn't have a better phone than my S21Ultra. That being said, the amount of battery cycles was already too big... and the new cameras on other phones are improving every year... so an upgrade was needed. The S23Ultra was my first option and I just recorded 1 full video with it. It's the worst camera/software I've ever seen. Completely unrealistic and filtered colors. A terrible phone for me. So I switched to the 15ProMax, just because of the cameras.
The S24Ultra apparently has good colors again... but since they don't have the x10 optical zoom anymore... there's no reason for me to go back to Samsung when I'm satisfied with the iPhone cameras at the moment.

Nice report on Air India, I am glad that new investment in new aircraft and a cabin have arrived as the old Air India there aircraft look really old and in terrible condition.
For what others told me, these cabins will be updated until the end of the year :)

You can make a trip to India, if you want to visit a Himalayas like Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand ,Jammu and kashmir,ladakh , sikkh and arrunachal pradesh. They are all himalayan states and way to beautiful, many foreign tourists came there.

La contaminación es algo muy presente en las grandes ciudades de la India, eso es así. Pero en este caso, más que contaminación era niebla de verdad. Estuvo durante una semana cancelando numerosos vuelos.

Yeah, I think the same... luckily I dind't have anyone next to me, so it was perfect.
The only time I flew business class was on LATAM's Dreamliner. The seats were very similar but the upholstery was a bit dull and the seats did not recline all the way.
I have a ticket booked on LATAM B787 already :)

One of the simplest looking terminal need to change their designs. Look at the Mumbai International teminal, one of the best looking airport terminal, I guess.
I agree. Mumbai airport looks amazing, but for what I've seen Bengaluru looks the same or even more amazing! I'm really looking forward to visiting it! :)
