    I have always dreamed of owning a bike that "cornered adequately" before it started grinding off bits and pieces.

    @k9forkids wrong, Porsche did the optimization and mass production preparation. The engine was designed in HD USA as VR1000. Harley is cooperating with Porsche since Evolution. Guess who had the "great" idea of silent chains in twincam 88?

    I hear many of you complain about this bike not being good because it's an American design. The designer/3D modeler is actually Australian. Someone actually had the drive to turn a friend's Lightwave 3D model into a real machine, that alone is admirable and proof of what a person with imagination and resources can do. Not everybody has to like it, but it really sucks when people judge a bike based on the country it comes from. We know you hate us, get over it Europa.

    So, is it street legal? I saw the brake light located at the bottom of the seat, but I didn't saw any turn signals.

    Exclusive front suspension setup? it might be different form bimota's setup but it is hardly exclusive. and whats with the porsche v-rod motor? american muscle it is not.

  • @alchemistoxford

    The T-Rex is not ugly - it is stunning. I do question its cornering ability, but it would probably be great on most US roads. Even so, would it ever equal the ride of the Bimota Tesi 3D - doubtful.

    @FMMProductions This shows that the niche motorcycle industry is in good health. The world would be shit without people with ambition, cutting the mustard, showing the establishment what they can do. The world needs those kind of people; crazy and intelligence is a unique combo.

  • @atsernov

    @GuitarMasterGraeme You're right, it's wide enough for a viper, but the curve still makes it a bike tire... IMO, there is no point to a tire that size on a bike other than styling. And looking at the way that bike leans, style is what you are buying here.
    It is a damn pretty bike.

  • @Furicist
    @Furicist 14 років тому

    If you wanted to make a cartoonish Kawasaki cruiser, I would imagine this is what you would end up with!
    Looks like a shaft drive, but then theres a chainguard above it, which makes it look like one or the other is redundant, the cowling on the swingarm or the chain!
    I can imagine on anything but a freeway you would be going through 4 sets of footpegs a week, since their clearance will give you the turning circle of a rhino, making every turn a close shave with the kerb or another scraped peg!

    so, after skipping through this video, hearing the sound, and getting a few glimpses of it, it seems that they just put more body pieces around a chopper's engine and open frame parts to make it look like a street-bike mashup

    I love these new generation of niche market motorcycles that lo9ok different from the mass produced stuff. Im not knocking against mass produced bikes as they are more everyday than these 2 wheeled babes .I recently ordered an Estonian bike called the Renard GT which has a Moto Guzzi V twin. Fucking epic.
