very different. Its customised with latest AESA radars and Israeli electronics and EW systems + a different suite of weapons. Its more advanced than USAF's F-15E.
They are trained in various places - the RSAF being quite mature has all qualified instructors to do everything… but they do get sent to the US, Canada, France for training exposure. Major Nah in the video for example was trained in the US. RSAF has permanent detachments in France, Australia and the US.

There you have one making adjustments(sacrifices) to cater for requirements, which the other hasn't, and can simply optimise for.
