14 Bolt Action Army Showcase: The Ultimate 8th Army, Day 1 British 8th Army

- This weekend, what with a Bank Holiday weekend we are unable to run a battle, so with much excitement I offer you a four day, ultimate army showcase for my HUGE 8th army.
Starting the project on January 1st 2023, and lasting three months I have managed to create a huge army, covering four massive Bolt Action armies, troops, support, teams and tanks all by the end of March, and in time for Easter.

First up is the British 8th, a huge army of British desert troops and tanks, more than enough for any collection…
… but day two will see the Commonwealth armies added to this already sizeable army.
…day three will showcase the Sikh army,
…and day four my amazing LRDG/SAS army!

Haha! Funny enough our last battle report featured South African Army… sadly I think I would just utilise the troops in this army if I needed to field SA forces, glad you liked it, and thank you for the comment 👍🏻
What a big and lovely army, my hands are ithcing since my afrika corps still haven´t arrived and ended up buying the american starter set to have some minis to throw then against hahaha. Great video mate, keep it up
Huge thanks! I am working on my Afrika Korps at the moment, so another desert army underway.
I do like the American army, their move without penalty really does allow them to get across the battlefield quickly.

Great video, but the background noise is really distracting
Thanks, is it the battle background noise or low music… i don’t personally like videos with nothing in the background so tried to make it have some ambient noise playing.
Also is it just this video or the battle reports too?
Listening back I can see your point, maybe I need to turn it down a little as we have it as background battle noise whilst we play.

@@theministryofminiatures it's not too loud in the battles and I think it works well in them. It just seemed louder in this video.
Boo Hiss no Valentine tank. J/K they all look stunning. I'm on my Warlord, SNLF Japanese and you best like metal as that is what they give you to turn their IJA box set into the SNLF set. One guy wasn't lying to me as you can't really use the gas mask on the prone body as they have major gaps. The other poses no problem as there is a gas mask that fits them
Haha, yes indeed! There are more tanks with the Commonwealth on day two and Sikh’s on day three… so keep an eye out.
I am planning a Japanese army for the future, but need my DAK finished first!
