learned from his as a kid, as well has his own students and masters in their own right, the Ladra brothers. I always remember thinking, even just while talking, that this man has a very calculated and quiet lethal quality to him. As a 12 year old it was incredibly intense.

During the 2020 violent Marxist uprising in U.S.A. we witnessed a martial artist in Dallas try to defend his store, his livelihood, from looting & arsonist terrorists but his sword art failed him when the Marxists threw bricks at him and put him down before stomping & soccer kicking his unconscious head. I don't know if he lived but he appeared dead.
If brick & stone weilding thugs can defeat the trained swordsman defending his life then it's crystal clear that the firearm is a superior survival art (martial art) to defend oneself, one's family, one's home and one's livelihood than relying upon the blade as a superior weapon art. Had that trained swordsman been a trained tactical shooter armed with a carbine rifle or a shotgun he'd have been able to defend his life from brick throwing Marxists bent upon burn, loot and murder during the 2020 violent Marxist uprising.

I knew this man, I practice PKT. He invented a family style taking from silat and Doce Pares, usually is very unkind and arrogant, his nephew is another story 100 better than him.

No disrespect but I get the feeling that Philipinos have some type of cultural inferiority complex. He goes on and on about the strength of Philipino culture. Is there anyone out there denigrating philipinos? I dont think so.

Us Pilipinos are humble but proud still, thank you for the question I guess not really even though we show that we like a lot of foreign culture i say most Filipinos are proud of their culture not all, but most:)
