That was nothing short of incredible. To have that level of musicianship- to play so melodically with such control and technique.. Petrucci is truly one of a very small number of incredible players. It really saddens me when I read that people think Petrucci doesn't play with soul.. they should watch this! If they still say that then, then there's something wrong with them. Absolutely stunning work here!

to play with that much gain and still keep it under control in a mellow environment like that is a very difficult thing to do. once you get it though it's a lot of fun
