The carcass of the vanity is made of chipboard. I usually have my parts cut out for me, according to my specs, by a local company that mainly does this. I'm not sure if you have companies/shops like that in Australia but here in Serbia they are pretty common. But the carcass here wouldn't cost more 70$ USD, including the edgebanding.
