I hardly gave Fury a round-competitive rounds doesn't mean the fight will result in a close scorecard. But it was a clean sweep from Usyk. We need mandatory AI scoring! 118-112 was extremely precise.
I like how you mentioned the mental side of Usyk. His ability to take Punches from these big Heavyweights is very mental. Usyk is physically strong as well. Lots of people don't get it.
Most of fury's punches were not landing clean. Usyk blocked a lot of them and made him miss in some cases. In the later rounds, fury was tired. No more sting in his punches, and was hugging.
The fight was competitive ( I had it 115-113 Usyk), but I was a little disappointed with Fury. Where was the urgency? All that talk about running over him and ending his career, and he looked content to try his luck with the judges. The pressure was on YOU to go take it from the champ. He looked like he wanted no part of a firefight. I get it, that's dangerous against Usyk with the angles and hand speed, but that was probably his only chance.
Agree with your take, but I think Fury needed to use his size more and more consistently from earlier on, make the fight a bit uglier and less technical. Usyk just has a lot of advantages in a technical fight. Also agree there's no way Usyk won all of the last seven rounds. Fury clearly won round 9, and I thought 12, but it was closer. Most of the rounds were close, but I think it was around 6-8 that Fury slowed a little and Usyk put together some clear rounds that gave him the edge in the end.
DD was losing every round then hit USYK with a close borderline shot that was ruled a low blow foul …a few rounds later DD quit….. looking forward to DD vs Parker…. Thinking Parker beats DD then sets up USYK vs Parker….
I had usyk winning 7-5 same as tarver had it ‘ and I agree if they fought 10 times ‘ usyk would win 9 of them ‘ usyk style would always give him trouble
Fury overrated, he was allways trash talking Usyk telling him how small he was and that he was going to knock him out. Well, for a man of his size not being able to even have a knock down against a natural middleweight is at least pathetic and humiliating, and also taking into consideration that Tyson is bigger than all the heavyweight champions from the past, which is even more humiliating. Additionally, he got more power with Sugar Hill, which makes it even more degrading. I should not discredit Usyk's preparation but Tyson man...pound for pound power is not what should be expected.
fury looked good, but he lost a lot of the rounds that he looked good in, because you did better work and just outwork them too, landed cleaner punches, more frequently
Can you talk about the fight between him and DuBois? How he was dropped with a body shot and they called it a low blow? He is to be a defeated fighter ???
@@LomochenkoThis could have been called either way. I have seen lower shots in boxing that were not considered low. Your man was down and out on the canvas for a shameless amount of time. Yo Mr Tarver. Always look forward to your take on these big fights. Any chance you could do a QA session on the Magic Man & the boxing game? Big up from the UK...
I'm always gonna check out Tarver's Take after a big fight! Keep doin' your thing, champ!
Appreciate the support 🙏🏾
Awesome for being pragmatic and being a good observer Usyk knocked out Dubois in the 9th. Hats off Antonio Tarver.✊👊🥊😉

He's boring as hell
Not talking about his personality, talking about his fighting abilities.

Usyk stopped Daniel in 9 sir
Yo champ. How can you score such a lobsided fight 7-5? We need Al scoring made mandatory.
Good take champ. Dubois got stopped by Usyk. Usyk stops him again if they do fight

DDD will knock out Parker in 6 rds.😂
@@matthazelby506 funny u say that… Parker’s never been KO’d and fought the best of the division. Meanwhile, DD has quit on 2 occasions….
DD quit against Usyk.
SMASH THE 👍 BUTTON FOR TARVER'S TAKE .. THE MOST INFORMATIVE TAKE IN BOXING ..
Dubois is dum he wants to get beat twice like AJ and Fury .
great take
Usyk with better exchanges against Tyson Fury won him the fight
They might as well let Wilder get back in the mix
Tyson seemed to not use his right hand.

DuBois took a knee.
Sure did, just like he did against Joyce.

It was low. Anything on the belt is low or anything below the belly button is low. His knuckles were on the bottom of the belt when it landed.
@@Lomochenkoyou could’ve called it either way, I would’ve called it a clean shot but I think usyk would’ve got up before 8 and still beat Dubois
