To be honest, I don't know any girl who would be comfortable having her mother in law massage her feet!! It would just feel weird!! I am sure Dipika values her mother the most as she is her mum, so I don't think she needs to be told to realise it as she already does.
But sad part is she just mention her family to tell about dark past and keeps on giving credit to her in law.
