business proposal have lots of "predictable" moments but i think it's a perfect drama when you really just want to have some sweets and laughs. hope you guys enjoy it
yes, this drama is very light and "template". Usually I don't like dramas like this, but somehow I really enjoyed it

Whats so great about this drama is that it has sooo many old school drama tropes and it goes by pretty fast since its only 12 episodes.
which is exactly why i didnt like it and found this kdrama to be very unoriginal. but since the reactors are fairly new to kdrama they'll probably enjoy it cause they're not used to any of the tropes.
@@led_by_pied_pipers1530well it also has the typical webtoon story since it is based on a webtoon. It’s not that twisted or whatsoever. Just light. I love that is has so,e of the old kdrama tropes. Missed that. And it works here well. It‘s also a good start to dig into the Kdrsma world I guess. Not heavy.
@@led_by_pied_pipers1530 the thing is, it's meant to be tropey. it's very self-aware of the fact that it is tropey, even going as far as using a k-drama within the universe to acknowledge the fact it's tropey.
Kim Sejeong, who plays Shin Ha Ri, is very famous in South Korea. She has a wonderful voice and was a runner up in their idol competition. What I find so interesting about her is that she looks different in each scene of this series depending on what she is wearing.
Okay but this kdrama actually had me cracking up so many times XDD I hope yall enjoy it ❤
This drama has it's fun moments, but 'Prison Playbook' and 'Itaewon class' are some of those really good dramas that you will truly enjoy. Give them a look for next time. Imma enjoy these reactions for now ✌️

I haven’t seen Itaewon Class yet & I love Park Seo Joon. I guess I will finally check it out in my next round of K-dramas.
As much as I enjoyed Business Proposal, I have to say that Itaewon Class is far superior and I am sure that they would enjoy it.

Vincenzo is overrated, even Lawless Lawyer is better than that with similar vibe. To be honest I don’t really understand the hype around it. There are better kdramas out there. I recommend Flower Of Evil or maybe The Devil Judge. Also an underrated one The Guest, it’s a horror kdrama.

Sejeong, the heroine of the drama, is actually very strong. She is loved by men for her bright personality, healthy image, and tremendous power.
That scene where Ha-Ri goes to the bus-station, notice that cartoon poster hanging up, cause that is the series that this Drama is based on. Its a webtoon called Business proposal of the same name, Its cool that they added that little detail in :)
This’s one of those kdrama that has every romcom kdrama clitch in existence so it’s predictable what would happen next but it’s still a good show tbh 😭
Business Proposal is based on a webtoon, and webtoon dramas tends to have all the clichés. Sometimes it's exactly what I need though, because it's lighthearted. This is one of my favorites!

she is bestfriend with JIHYO of TWICE.
she is a good actress and a good peraonality in real life

ML: Hyoseop was an Idol trainee and have a great dramas before this too,,esp Abyss and Doctor Romantic 2 and will be in the 3rd season by 2023
2nd FML: Inha was an Idol trainee as well great voice and dancing skills, and in Mr Queen
2nd ML: Mingyu was a former trainee as well, 1st seen him at kdrama TUNNEL -recommended to watch, 2nd time in I CAN SEE YOUR VOICE and well he deliver the voice and looks

So glad you guys are reacting to Business Proposal! Kim Sejeong, the actress playing the main character, is an insanely talented person and has a very enjoyable personality in real life too. She's also a singer.
If you guys want a much more intense kdrama. With actions, and a lot of comedy. I recommend watching While you were sleeping! Its one of the best dramas I've ever watched! 10/10!!
Oh yes, definitely. 1st episode alone was so intense it got me so hooked.

Business proposals is definitely a drama that gives you a lot of predictable and cliche moments of typical KDrama. But that's the purpose storyline of it, to bring back your ol' cliché of kdrama moments among the heavy, serious and thrilling dramas trend😂😂😂

The main character girl is actually a kpop idol shes 2nd placer on a survival show with 100+ contestants shes good at dancing singing and everything and fortunately shes also good at acting
This drama is almost a satire. The predictable, stereotypical K-drama tropes are added on purpose to make the audience feel nostalgic. And it worked! I hate stereotypical romcoms but this drama reminded me of the dramas that made me fall in love with Korean shows. I think that's the reason it's so popular. It's not that its different from everything else, instead, it encapsulates the comfort of the familiar dramas that a lot of us grew up with.
this drama is hilarious. if you are starting to get in to kdramas please watch itaewon class.
What a surprise! This was popular, but didn't expect a full romcom for the next series. I think this was popular even more with the non-Koreans. What I mean by that is... this drama was more like older typical K-RomCom that was just the same stories with different professions. But for the young people and the new to K-drama fans, this was new. Don't get me wrong, this is a good series, but very cliche and predictable. Yet nowadays, K-drama moved on to more complex genres, this is refreshing. Btw, K-dramas are full of commercials. Everyone uses the new Z-Flip phone because Samsung is sponsoring the drama. You will notice that all the cars are the same brand if that brand is sponsoring the drama and when there is another brand in a scene, they tape the brand. The other day, I saw a lady wearing an Adidas jacket with tape on the logo, but the three lines on the sleeve shows that it's Adidas. This could be an indirect commercial or just happen to wearing it, but not wanting to expose the logo. And there are very obvious commercials nowadays and the actors have lines regarding the product. Jeff might notice that Koreans eat Subway often. It looks like Subway is sponsoring almost all dramas. In this drama, the company's product is a commercial. I wonder if you would notice the product brand as it is getting popular or became very popular in the US. The interesting fact about the main actress is that she was the 2nd place in a singer competition of 101 contestants, but she acts more than singing. And congratulations on 50K+ subscribers this series is a good choice. Looking forward to your reactions in this series. Hope you guys enjoy the series.
