By participating in Torbay flashmob rehearsals and performances I agree to take responsibility for my own health and well being. I will inform the organisers of any health concerns I have that might affect my ability to take part. I will inform the organisers of any first aid requirements on the day and agree that the organisers can contact the emergency services if needed. I will take full responsibility for any medication I need to bring with me and will self administer if needed (e.g. inhaler).
I will wear appropriate clothing footwear for outdoor dancing and take full responsibility for my own valuables.
I understand that the rehearsals and performances will be filmed and photographed and by participating I give my photo consent. I understand that the film and photographs will be shared by TCDT and Dance in Devon through their websites and social media. I understand that a film is being made to document the flash mobs which will be shared with a wider audience.
