I saw myself in her during this entire interview. I started my tech journey in August and will graduate in March. I am a 38 year old, divorced mother of 3 and this will change my family's life financially. ♥️
This is a testament of what God can do. He will open a door and put you around the right people. God will meet you where you are and take you places you only dreamed of seeing.
I’m 53 years old and just finished a tech bootcamp in July as a UI/UX designer. It’s been a challenge to transition into the field but I’m keeping hope alive. I know it’s not a sprint but a marathon. I can’t wait to hear what she has to say in this interview.
I love this young lady! Costa Rica for 6 months! Fabulous! I am a 75 yr. old woman with 3 successful children. I admire her tenacity to figure to make her own path. Bravo! I wish I had her tenacity and self awareness when I was her age.
From $37K to $65K that's the minimum range of profit return every month I think it's not a bad one for me, now I have enough to pay bills and take care of my family
I have my Master’s in Cybersecurity Technology… and as a black woman with this degree, it is SUPER competitive here in the DC area to go deeper into field. It is a male dominated field. I recommend getting specific certs and looking for jobs where you can OBTAIN a clearance if you aren’t cleared already and the pay is WELL.
Whew this was an amazing interview. I have a 2 year degree and 3 Certifications and what she said at 27:30 is true. Being a black women and working in tech for over 15 years and the most underpaid. The key is once you get in like she said "Ask". Your director who more than likely will be other than black in most cases, not being funny but, being serious. They will provide you with the tools you need because you express interest. Whom ever your Director is "Ask what other growth opportunities are available" Get you tuition assistance from your job to pay for your A+ certification while you work for them. Next, Network+, Security+, etc. High Schoolers can go on free websites also in their free time if interested.
Great segment! Everything she said is true and attainable. I did this after 40 as a single mom. It can be done. Thanks for sharing Anthony & Aggie Pride Miranda💛💙
Wheeew love this interview. I follow Miranda on Instagram and i love her content. But this interview just made me see her in a different light she’s really about that life and trying to help our community you can see the passion in her eyes and in her voice when she speaks about our youth. I’m praying her business change some of our kids lives.
This was probably the most interesting interview I’ve ever seen on your show. Why was it so short though? My daughter just finished her training in cyber security. Can she work for you? If not, can you advise her on the best places to go to to apply for a job?
Can you please give us the speaker’s information. Anthony said it would be placed in the notes but it’s not here. Can we please get the course title or something? Anything if it’s real. Thanks you so much!

How please?
Yeah, since meeting Shellane Maxwell, I now agree that with an expert managing your portfolio, the rate of profit is high, with less risk
I will advise you stop trading on your own if you keep losing… i don't trade on my own anymore, I always required help and assistance
She's my family personal Broker and also a Broker to many families here in the United states, she is a licensed Broker
Alright thanks for the recommendation but how do I reach her?
I love this. I have already sent this to my adult children and asked them to sign up for startstrong with me. Thank you both for your obedience.
Where was this when I was in high school😭😭😭. I am going home and will do some independent research. I need a career, not a job.
Right! I was in school a long time ago and I thought these careers were for white folks only. 😩
Thank you .. this statement speaks volumes.
Please channel director.. please answer that question and provide the need full pathway to put this in action according to Dr maran
