    This video discusses some methods you can use to boost your energy levels, from effective supplements, to breathing techniques, to exercises, to working better with your natural chronotype. Many of us lack energy and find we can't accomplish everything we want to because we're exhausted come the end of the day. In this video, I discuss some potential solutions to that which could help boost your performance and help you to do more in a day. Since following some of these strategies, I've been arriving at the gym brimming with energy and have been far more productive well into the later hours of the day. I hope this helps you too and be sure to let me know in the comments down below what your best tips are!

    That really hit hard in the end, it was all true I think I have no time and want to do so many things but I just have no passion or am just sluggish, we need to have more energy and prioritize more important things.

    I always feel guilty for going to the office at 10am because I am just not a morning person and can't sleep early; and without sleep I am miserable and can't do well at work or the gym (I need about 8/10 hours of sleep daily). Thanks for teaching me that it's okay to listen to my body and just do what works for me.

    In 1999, I went to Europe for a month, and when I came back to LA, it took me a FREAKIN’ MONTH to adjust back to the time here.
    I did learn about a decade back that by adjusting your mealtimes to the time zone you’re traveling to, your body will quickly adapt your circadian rhythm. I’ve tried it myself, and it definitely does work-if only we could learn useful things like this as kids! They should teach lifehacks/ body hacks in school. Anything & everything we could actually APPLY to our lives, regardless of lifestyle or ideologies.

    I brought myself out of depression through wake therapy. If you do it in a certain protocol it will have a lasting effect that is far superior to medication or excercise. The protocol is: stay awake 36 hours and sleep a normal 8 hour night - repeat 3 times in a row. It was stupidly hard but it worked. I can only recommend it

    I love that alarm clock! It seems like a great idea considering I have to wake up when it is still dark. How much research have you done into BCAAs? I was under the impression they were worthless to someone consuming optimal protein through their regular diet.

    • @christiancabrera8926
      @christiancabrera8926 5 років тому +4

      Thing is consuming an optimal amount of protein doesnt mean your body is utilizing it properly. The best thing to do instead of BCAA supplements is implementing different types of food into your diet. Mix foods together to make complete proteins. BCAA just means branch chained amino acids. You can get this through a regular diet. Things like eggs and red meat poultry and fish proteins are better absorbed in the body whereas plant based protein has less absorption which means you'll have to consume more to reap the benefits. It's really science this is the macronutrient part of your diet things can get even more in depth when you go into the micros such as vitamins and minerals. Put some research into this to understand more it's easy stuff .

    • @christiancabrera8926
      @christiancabrera8926 5 років тому +2

      Mixing in eggs , a steak , a potato or whatever combinations you can think of can allow your body to break the food down make complete amino acid chains for your body to use. Cereal and milk, cheese and pizza, rice and beans. Foods like these make sense from a nutrition stand point because your body breaks this down to use much more efficiently.

    I must be breathing through my nose most of the night. I have a jawline that could break glass. I have personally found that my energy levels, and thus my strength, has actually increased with Ketosis. Unsaturated fats are apparently MUCH cleaner fuel. And therefor give you more energy, for longer period of time. This is from my experience. Not even mentioning the cognitive benefits.

    You mentioned people who don't need much sleep. I must be one of those people because I usually only get 4-6 hours of sleep and function fine. I can function fine on 2-3 hours of sleep if I have to, but it will catch up with me if I do it more than a 2 or 3 days in a row. I can even occasionally go sleepless and so long as I'm busy the next day I'll be fine the whole day and will even stay up late after sitting down for the night.
    I hear all these people constantly recommending 7 or 8 hours of sleep and I wonder how anyone can do that every night. There is an occasion here and there where I'll sleep over 6 hours but it doesn't happen often.
    I'm 41, and it seems the older I get the less sleep I need. When I was younger I slept a lot more.

      It's normal to sleep less as you get older, I don't know you but as Bioneer said If it Works for you, don't worry
