27:30 Answer to Q. 31 : Guild Socialism traces its origin to British labour movement as opposed to Syndicanism which emerged in French labour movement which was bit violent in nature.
In mediaeval times Guilds used to be economic intrest based organisation representing various economic interests (different from Syndicate whose members were only workers).
Guild Socialism is advocated by GDH Cole who calls for democratic industrial management by giving more representation/ participation to workers in industrial management. Besides this he also avocates functional parliament which would reflect economic interest of masses.
Guild Socialism is called as midway house between Fabianism (Parliamentary road to Socialism) and Syndicanism. Because like fabianism they advocate peaceful methods but like Syndicanism they also believe in primacy of economic interests.

in Centralised structure, there is chain of command & communication - same as scaler chain...which slows formal communication

1:25:00 - Correction :- Effectiveness is Right Answer
Note :- Effectiveness is Broader Term than Efficiency
~ Efficiency refers to the act of performing activities with minimum wastage of time and optimum usage of resources, so that the work done is faster and in an error free manner.
    While
Effectiveness is the extent to which someone or something is successful towards meeting the desired outcome. !!
~ Effectiveness focuses on producing the result while - Efficiency focuses on completing task using minimum time, effort and resources !!

Suppose goal of organisation is to earn 100 cr prifit, it achieves it by tax evasion, salary cutting, and other unethical means...it wud be called efficient or effective?
Achieving ur goal does not tell about 1. whether the goal was good? 2. whether means to achieve it were good ; they come in the domain of effectiveness...
      Achieving goal well- efficiency
      Achieving well/good goal- effective

      @@POLSCHELP Effective - Ethical
      Efficiency - Economical
Effective - Result achieved ( Without any Care for its time cost )
Efficient - Result Achieved ( Along with less time ,money and other resources)
So sir Question is asking About Achieving desired outcome - so i assume it is related to Effectiveness - a terminology that represents only task Achievement ( No cost time constraints)
Sir correct me if i am wrong 🙏🙏
